Rooms are neat and clean. Hotel at good location near the Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh only 2 min walk. My stay in this hotel was very comfortable. Hotel have also lift facility. So I hardly recommended to you this hotel for the better comfort .

Very good Hotel with budget amount. We stayed here with my family from 15-10-23 to 16-10-23. Excellent service, good behaviour of the staff, Nice lacation, 5 minute walking distance from Jallianwallabag and Golden Temple. Hotel also have Lift facility.

Horrible experience 1. First you won't locate this hotel easily as it's situated in a narrow alley where not even a bike can be parked. 2. Entire hotel was under construction and not at all safe to stay reflecting in pictures and videos. Anyone could have got hurt but they kept arguing that hotel is not under construction when asked for refund. 3. We booked 2 family rooms and they provided us with 3 deluxe room instead when complained. When denied to stay in such unsafe place hotel denied to refund. 4. Very unprofessional and arrogant staff. Didn't refund the amount and kept arguing instead. 5. Rooms are dirty. Bedsheets, blankets, pillow covers, towels were dirty. 6. No lift available as the entire building was under construction and provided 4th floor for senior citizens when asked to change the floor they were providing the room with all the construction stuff and plywoods filled in and asking to adjust in it. 4. And The Worst Part was the Bathroom ! FilthyToilet seat, Dirty bathroom and the flush tank was continuously leaking. NEVER EVER BOOK A ROOM HERE ! IT'S PATHETIC !

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL.. because:- 1- They will charge you extra money for AC. 2- No proper room services. 3- Toilet in bed condition. 4- No Talking Manners. 5- No Chilled Water. 6- They will not provide you complimentary Towel, Water Bottles & Soap etc. 7- They will threaten you, if you ask for Something. 8- If you call to reception on intercom from your room, they will disable intercom as well and No one come up for services. 9.Very bad service. And AC was not even connected. 10.Very disappointing staff. Staff very very very very badbad.. Rooms :- 0.0 Service :- 0.0

The hotel has clean rooms and washroom. The interior was in under process that time but very affordable rooms we have got there. Nice staff as well. Walk in distance from golden Temple and jalianwala bagh. Must visit

The most horrible hotel you could ever imagine , the owner is extremely rude and misbehaved with us . The place stinks like an unclean urinal . All the pictures are fake an it looks nothing like the pictures in real life , there are no lifts and the hotel lobby is so small that it could only fit like 5 people at most , walls are not even painted yet an it's still under construction no AC . It's located inside a small lane where you could barely walk really unsafe for family's and even more unsafe for anybody who is traveling alone DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL EVER

Moreover, the toilet seat was leaking... When you use the toilet, all the filth leaks over the bathroom floor... NEVER EVER BOOK A ROOM HERE ! IT'S PATHETIC !

I have booked delux room but on that they had given normal room. Just first confirmed first all the usable items which they are giving on the time of check in . They not have any whipper in washroom. Washroom not clean . To much smell. No have a/c after food is also too much expenseive they are providing. I will give 0 rating out 5. Please dont book these rooms for married couples or for family.
