I just want to say that bhupinder ji is very honest person and his customer interaction is very good I not went to amritsar due to farmer protest but mr bhupinder understand the issue and guided for cancellation and refund of amount. Although we not meet physically but having faith from all over 470 km distance place over phone is really appreciable I definitely recommend everyone to go kozy hotel and contact bhupinder ji in amritsar.... Will come surely amritsar bhupinder ji and give chance to u for hospitality....

As family stay this is reasonable aslo they give us separate parking area so can stay hear if you want both thing's

Very Nice and humble staff, rooms were clean. All the requests for food were processed within 20 mins and the stay was pleasant. Owner was very helpful, he interacts with a smile and helped to explain the routes to cover the places to visit in Amritsar. Overall very good experience

Room is Good. Bathroom lacks cleanliness and hot water is not available most of the times.
