My stay with Kooloth Lake View was actually great. I got a room with the lake view. Not fancy but somehow the ambiance was worth it. The room was nice and clean except the broken sofa. Since its located in Ukkadam (busy area) you may hear horns and noises in the morning which actually made me wake up so early.
We pre booked the hotel stay in this building. But when we reached they weren't supportive and didn't provide a parking facility for us. Instead they forwarded us to another hostel. The place is very congested, and when we were trying to park a car in the underground, the car got scratched. It was a very bad experience, even they're very lazy to provide refund
I had an extremely negative experience at this hotel. The rooms were unhygienic and the staff exhibited disrespectful behavior. I strongly advise against spending money on accommodations here.
Service is normal. Drinking inside is not allowed but we found bottles inside. Room rent cost about 1300 for two A/C. Non AC cost 1000 for two. Location is good near ukkadam. Near from shopping road is good you can found one hotel near by. Car and bike parking are sufficient.
I took a non ac room for Rs. 1600/-. No good staff here. In my room no hot water came. I informed reception, they told me to wait sometime. After 1 hr also no hot water came. Again I asked the hotel staff, and he brought one bucket of hot water from somewhere. They are cheating in hot water come, come like that. No proper cleaning of rooms and toilets. Car parking in the underground with a small entry. Don't waste your money
No food available here. Ok only. No hot water in running pumps. If we ask they will bring in a bucket.

Worst place ever.. room feels so dusty..the servents don't have any manners...they are interupting our privacy.. feelings so much disappointed...
