A few years ago the hotel was well maintained. The rooms are large but not so clean. Room service is very good.
This hotel situated beside the kakatua khaja shop. I stayed in this hotel under Calcutta high court recreation club. Rooms are good. Staffs are very good and very helpful. Restaurant with this hotel price is high.
Good place to stay within a reasonable budget both for AC and Non-Rooms. Swargadwar sea beach is 5 mints walk away. Transports are nearby. I stayed here for 4 days everything was good. Their resturant is also nice. Food's quality is good.
Room service is good and prompt... Hot water bucket service is available.... Food in the restaurant is also good.... The location is very close to the Sri Jagannath Temple and also very close to the beach... Price is justified and room care is prompt... Free Wifi is available but only on the Ground floor and restaurant... Overall service and facilities are good at present
We were in room no 206 which is a four bedded room. It was quite big. The housekeeping staff were quite prompt. Everyday mopping of floors were done. Washrooms were cleaned on every 3rd day. Bed linens were changed on every 3rd day. Room no 209 was a double bed room , very gloomy. The keep up of hotel needs to be done. Reception is quite lazy. Kitchen is outsourced , hence quality of food and service is poor. Billing of food were either less or more. We had to keenly check it every day. Would not want to stay next time.
I had stayed in this Hotel Earlier while my Puri Visit which was a Good one this time didn't stay here but went for the food in the Restuarant... The Meal was simple and healthy which gave us home like food feeling... Would suggest people to go for this as Rooms and Food both will give a wonderful experience...
Very good experience, well behaved people, every services received on time. Such a lovely location...
If you want a luxurious vacation then it's not for you, because it's a middle range hotel, and most importantly the staffs here are just excellent really humble, helpful and well mannered, pretty good experience here
