One Water bottle for 3 guests provided is little bit less. And other are chargeable. Tooth Paste and brush to be introduced at the time of check in. It was provided on the request next day. Response from Housekeeping and reception can be improved. Hygiene at bathroom can be improved. Wifi also not properly working. Overall experience was good and we are happy with the services provided by you. Thank you.

Had a good experience, rooms as well as service was decent. Complimentary breakfast within the hotel was a time saver as you don't need to find a restaurant elsewhere for that. The manager at the reception was polite & supportive.

staff is friendly. I liked their tea more than coffee. they don't provide news paper to read in the lobby/ reception area. hot water isn't that hot for bath. rooms are well maintained and clean. staff follows hotel dress code. reception is prompt to respond. food is not that costly. property is nearby railway station and bus station. they don't serve most food for lunch after 15:00 hours in the day till dinner timing which is after 19:00 hours. but they do provide some light starters to eat even after 15:00 hours. staff is helpfull. property is clean and well maintained.

1. Good clean spacious room and bathroom. I was in 316 on third floor. It was non-AC. 2. Good respectful young staff & prompt. Needs some training on hospitality and serving. 3. Its about 6-7 km inside from NH-48, on NH-166. Its about 2.5km from Shree Ambaji Laxmi Temple. Parking is for about 10 Cars mainly in basement and some parking spaces are a bit difficult to manoeuvre.

Room quality was pathetic and so was mattresses. There were bad odour in all the rooms. Lobby had very dim lights and safety boundary's glasses were missing from various slots. Bathroom was spacious which was good part but exhaust was not at all effective. Room Service was average due to lack of manpower in hotel. Overall not satisfactory experience at all. Not recommended.

pros: location and safe parking availability cons : very unclean rooms, water from bathroom basin was leaking into ground, hard & bad mattresses - had a pain after sleeping, broken mixer tap in bathroom, broken ac, call to restaurant doesn't work most of the times . Breakfast is just ok and average. Wouldn't recommend.

Hotel location is very prime. It's on square and main road. We got standard room which was quite big and was comfortable for work from home. Staff is polite. They have under ground parking. Hotel is quite big but old. It needs repairs and renovation now. Food taste is avg. Swiggy is allowed here.

Good hotel in the middle of city centre. Close proximity to most of the places. Very near to bus stand and you can get other transport option right below the hotel. Rooms were ok. Hotel is old but service is good.
