Hotel Kodai International - Resort hotel in Kodaikanal - Dindigul, India

It is the perfect property for a family vacation. We had 3 rooms and spent 3 nights here. The breakfast was great, in room dining was also delicious, rooms were spotless, service was good and there were lots of activities to do inside the hotel. There are enclosures for various animals which I have never experienced inside any hotel property before. Kids playground and swings are also very well kept. There is a waterfall just behind the property which is very peaceful. The only cons were that during the weekend the place gets really crowded, quite noisy and there is a rush at breakfast. The main hallway leading to the rooms has wooden flooring so you can hear every single footstep and even the entire conversation happening outside, because of which it turns into a light sleeper's nightmare. During our stay there was a huge group of a couple of families in the adjoining rooms,some kids rang the doorbell multiple times at 6am and ran away. That said, there is no stone left unturned by the management in making sure your stay is absolutely amazing. It's a must visit place but they need carpeting and some rules.

The hotel is centrally located and the rooms were clean. The most important reason that we stayed there were because there is good playground with slides etc and pet animals like rabbit and birds. So our 3 year old enjoyed much. The food was very good and the service excellent.. all the staff were extremely warm. Only thing that we complained about was when we stayed on a week night, there was an office party and there was loud music. Sone of the neighbours made noise till around 11 or 1130pm and my daughter woke up. Once we called reception , they took action. But it will be nice if they have a family area and party area separately. Otherwise so good.

Excellent place to stay. Rooms are good. Family friendly. Don't try their coffee or tea. Great breakfast. Food tastes awesome. Must try - S mess Nov veg unlimited @599 plus tax. Everything is unlimited including their tasty mutton sukka. Lot of gams available. Ample parking space. Entry route to the hotel is horrible. Overall I would rate it as 4.5

Hotel Kodai International is obviously a best place to stay. Of course, everyone would like to roam to the beautiful places in Kodai but one of best thing in this was hanging around the hotel and enjoying the one of the biggest property stay. It's not only a hotel where you can have food or stay at night but they have 2 water falls, temple, candle light dinner, romantic time spending private places, a very beautiful place amidst the nature with tall trees, animals n birds, bamboo forest, tower, play areas, camp fire, DJ, best buffets, authentic Chettinadu food, travel desk for sight seeing arrangements and many more. You will definitely enjoy the property. The staffs were more friendly and polite in every way and also special thanks to our driver Ashok who was very humble and gave us a safe driving experience along with a friendly conversation throughout. You will surely have a quality time with your loved ones. Overall, I had unforgettable happy experience and price was worth for what we received.

The Rooms are neat and clean. The complementary breakfast is really superb. There is a big lawn behind the hotel for kids to play. Worth to stay for family travelers with kids......

It was a pleasant experience to be in this hotel. A hotel with a long history now has newly renovated rooms. The rooms are cozy with pleasant views from the window and balcony. You have a lots of outdoor spaces. A lots of activities can be done in these outdoors.. Sit in the lawn and chat with your friends and family. Play cricket, football, volleyball, shuttle, basketball Play in swings in the park Enjoy time in bamboo forest Ride the cycle around and have fun Workship in the temple Many more... They gave a beautiful restaurant and a new mess concept for food. The food is tasty and served with love The staffs make sure you are enjoying and having a comfortable stay

The Place is amazing , Best location and its Very Calm and composed and good place to relax and enjoy your vacation Only Sad part is that the service is not upto the price we pay. There is no food service post 9:30 Pm and kitchen is closed !! Bar prices are extremely high , A single bottle of Signature which costs you 1200 approx is sold at 7k and Jack Daniels being sold at 12000/-
