HOTEL KNK INTERNATIONAL - Hotel in New Delhi, Delhi - Central, India

Very very bad experience. Unhygienic room and washroom, very rude staff, ac didn't work properly. They didn't provide breakfast although I had booked for one. Was overcharged during check in, had paid partially during booking hence had no other choice at situation. There should be option for zero star rating as well as even 1 star seems too much.

Spacious room, decent interiors,good bed, good ac,hot water 24/7, old linen, old towels, old doormat, bathroom stinks when u come back to the room from outside, gets fine when u switch on the exhaust fan. Not very prompt in room cleaning. We got blanket, bed spread and towel from outside. Then the room felt like home. Lovely room, but has to be maintained well. They have decent staff. Breakfast isn't grand.

2.5 star for the hotel actually. It is such a shame such a nice and spacious property is not well maintained by the management. The hotel itseld is good for the location and for its modern amenities with the price it offers. However, what good is it if the management can't look after it. I noticed the staff were quite unprofessional. They should improve the hotel services other than that its quite within the budget.

It is a gud place for staying in karol bagh. Rooms are well designed and are spacious. Bathroom is spacious too. Hotel provides fridge, ac, tv in the rooms. Bedsheets were clean and same were the rooms. The cupboard in the room was a little too high according to normal height person. Rest of the amenities are gud. Hotel can be recommended in the budget

First impression was bad bcoz after a 16hr train journey when i reached the hotel with my family the lobby was filled with luggages as a large no. of school students were checking out so the rooms were not ready and we had to wait for half an hour which was really irritating. the lift had some issue as well. After we were given our rooms they looked clean, the bed was super cosy, bathroom was very big, got a cute biotique toiletry set. Lunch was delicious.But the Ac in my room was noisy.stayed for only one night the sleep was good. So except the first waiting hours my stay at knk was very good. i would like to visit again.

The hotel is in a narrow lane and getting a car inside during busy day hours would be a challenge. It is about 400m from the main road/Karol Bagh metro station and one has to cross a series of small market shops to reach it. So just be aware about that. I had booked, and paid in full for a deluxe room through Cleartrip and the room description clearly mentioned it as an air conditioned room, since I had made sure of it. I had even called the same evening I booked and talked to a lady receptionist who had picked up the phone and confirmed my booking and the AC room. However, reality turned out to be quite different. When I arrived on my travel date in the evening, the male receptionist told me that my booking had been rejected by the hotel and they have said as much in am email to Cleartrip which he showed me. His email mentioned something like "Booking rejected by us. We are sold out for these dates" but I did not see any acknowledgement from Cheartrip to that effect. He said that he does not have the room to give me and I must "upgrade" to super deluxe if I want a room to stay. He also said that the room I had booked was a non-AC room when the room description had clearly mentioned it as an AC room while booking and which I had confirmed over phone. When I asked and complained why I was not intimated and refunded if the room was cancelled, he bluntly said that it was between Cleartrip and me to sort it out and they have no part in it. It felt quite shocking in the moment to being blatantly defrauded and getting treated with no concern. All my protest was to no avail. I finally agreed to pay extra money and take the upgrade for my stay since I had to check in and go out in the evening and was tired from my travel to search elsewhere or discuss anymore since it felt of no use with this guy. The hotel still had my original payment to Cleartrip with them since he did not ask me to pay that part. So I was wondering how come he still has the money if he had rejected the booking. The room itself seemed quite different from pictures on Cleartrip and was nowhere super deluxe as was expected after the upgrade. There was no window in the room and you have to live in artificial light all the time when indoor. The bathroom was okay but could be much better. There is a lot of noise at times on the property as well. They have multiple Wifi's running but the connectivity is not consistent all the time. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on hotel management's behaviour and room quality.

Worst hotel experience in my life. -Staffs are so arrogant, not replying properly. -I asked for dental, saving and toilet kit they simply said we don't have stoke. -Rooms were not clean, When I asked to clean they are saying this clean only. -Hidden charges are there which they will not say at the time of booking. -They will force you to pay in cash. If you are paying using your card they are asking for extra GST. -No WI-FI

When you book through Oyo. You might get cancelled by the owner. And then they will tell you to pay him directly without any Oyo involvement. It's was just an average hotel
