Rooms well appointed. Everything is in place. Location of hotel also good. It's places above a shopping mall on the 4th floor. In the same building (mall) there is a multiplex - sound insulation is pathetic, anyone will hear all dialogues and songs - as many times of show. Food quality is good, tasty and well served. Room dining must be improved.
I am sharing review of KLB's Bhumi restaurant. Great ambience & atmosphere. Food is quite good. Being a Kolkata resident, I found the prices quite a bit on the higher side. Since Fish fry & Vietnam fish are made by Basa fish which is a cheaper fish variety, the prices seemed to be unreasonably high, if it were bhetki the price would have been more justifiable. Bhetki fish finger was good to taste with enough fish inside, the outside skin could have been a touch thinner. Hot n sour soup was good though a bit tangy, the number of chicken pieces could have been more. Chicken special biryani quantity seemed be very less considering the price. Biryani was nice & light with no strong aroma, not of the level of Arsalan Kolkata but good enough. Virgin mojito was flavourful. They served food pretty quick.
A brand new destination at Raigunj, this hotel comes with a superlative rooms and courteous staff members! Rich and highly tasteful interiors right from the reception area, lobby & restaurant. Highly recommended for a business or personal travel, when you have a little higher budget with loads of expectations.. keep up the good job
Room and Food was average but at the last moment of Check out we are so much shocked. Their Hotel stuff were make a very Bad seen create with us and Bad behaviour also. For a small reason they were charging Rs-750/- and We already paid the same also. We have paid Rs-40,000/- including Room and food . This extra charges is a not matter. I am very very Unhappy with their Bad behaviour.

New hotel in raiganj.nice ambience.hotel reception seating area is superb.High class facility.lift is available.wheelchairbaccessible entrance.The best point is big parking area, so if you are travelling via car, you can park your car safely.About restaurant, food was good.complimentary paan was too good.The cabin we booked had projection facility for slideshow, which is new in raiganj & good for small buisness meeting.
