It was an amazing experience staying here. Really nice peope, very cooperative staff. Very helpful and quick service. The rooms a clean and welcoming. The rooms are innovative and have the room numbers right outside the room engraved on the side of the door. i found it fancy.this hotel is located just outside Nari Road metro station. For now they dont have a lift but they intend to get one soon since its on the first floor. They were kind enough to allot me a room to let me change my clothes even after i had checked out of the hotel. Its a very secure place since its continuously under CCTV camera which is being monitored. pleasant stay and very nice experience with great people.

Totally unprofessional! A BIG NO for tourists... When you call on phone, they will say "AC rooms available". When you reach the place, still they will say "AC rooms available but NO attached bathroom". After 5 minutes they will say they has only Non AC rooms and that too without attached bathrooms. Worst place to plan a stay for family!

The most kind and helpful receptionist I've ever met, providing for a fantastic first impression of the hotel. They couldn't have been nicer to me; they showed me the route to an event I was going to, provided a useful map, made sure I had a parking place, and assisted me in checking in early.

I strongly advise against booking this hotel as it lacks the basic principles of hospitality and is solely focused on making money. It is not suitable for families. My intention for sharing this review is to inform others and not out of anger. There are several reasons why I do not recommend this hotel. Firstly, they tend to overcharge guests who check-in during emergencies or at night. Additionally, the staff is untrained and not up to par with the hospitality industry standards. The hotel does not have a kitchen, which means that you will have to make your own food arrangements or order online. If you are traveling with a baby under five years, it is advised to bring your own milk and baby food items.

I had my booking here but I'm glad I had to cancel due to stay conditions. If you had a chance to go through other reviews, you would have an understanding how the higher ratings are manipulated, same series of comments. The owner had trouble understanding what an 'attached washroom' means. If a washroom outside your room is considered attached washroom at this property, god helps people who stay here. I had to move with my family at night to find other suitable stay. Kindly explore other options if you wish to avoid such scenarios.

The proprietor is the most valuable asset of this establishment, as he personally attends to each and every detail and ensures that the guests are never inconvenienced. This is a magnificent hotel that maintains a clean atmosphere. Overall, the hotel obtains a score of six out of five. It is true that this hotel provides excellent value for the money; it is the best hotel .I have ever stayed in, and everything about it is satisfactory; the rooms and bathrooms are spotless, and the staff is exceptionally courteous and helpful ( specially diksha didi ). I would like to thank you for making my journey so enjoyable.
