Rooms were clean and beds are very comfortable and cosy, had best sleep there... They allowed us to take food and beverages from outside also. However the staff at restraunt ate bit annoying. Overal experience was good.
The room was clean and comfortable, offering a pleasant retreat after a long day of exploring. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and other arrangements hassle-free. While the dining options were decent, Overall, it was a satisfactory and convenient stay for my trip.
Washroom's exhaust was not working. There was power cut and generator was not working. There was no light for 2 hours and light cuts in between of night. Location in the porsh market. Room was ok. Breakfast was good.
Bathroom door and main door doesn't close, reason is rain at Jodhpur in summer !! Rooms not ready at time. Smoke smell all over room. Tv doesn't work. Breakfast was good. Try Dhaba opposite to hotel for cheap and best food.
Room was neat and it is located at a prime location. The issue was with sound proofing of rooms. Literally we can hear through out the night doors opening and closing nearby. So we had to mask it with our fan noise. Horrible incident is some service person came at mid of night and knocked our door instead of neighbour room for food delivery. After realizing that he was wrong which took 3 minutes of me explaining he did not even care to having disturbed. He just carried on. If you just look for one night stay or lay over it is an okayish hotel to stay
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. What a city Jodhpur
Not happy with the staff service I had given my laundry in the morning and the receptionist told me that I would get my laundry clothes in the evening before 7 a.m. and they were not able to fulfill their commitment despite that they had given my clothes late at night after 11 that also after giving so many reminders. The response was not up to the mark...Please do not depend on the hotel services but the hotel is good no doubt for this I will 100 marks but for the staff service I'll give zero
Don't judge the hotel by its entrance. Very good to stay. Superb hospitality and friendly. Recommend hotel for stay with food.
