Nice big hotel Limited car parking Helpful staff If they clean webs in room and bathroom and fix few bathroom n room area ?? It will be more great experience.

Good experience. Rooms are clean. Mr Vicky Sharma at front desk is very polite and helping. Parking is little issue.

Rooms not clean. Curtains dirty. Elevator dirty. I booked the room on 22nd december and asked Sumit(the receptionist) for three rooms, i was given 51 101 208. Only 101 was good abd the other two rooms were very dirty. I booked the rooms at about 11 am and asked the receptionist to clean the rooms. We returned to the hotel at 10 pm and when we entered our rooms nothing was changed. Bedsheets were dirty quilt covers were dirty pillows were dirty. Room was not serviced till 1030pm. At 10:30 i went to reception again and this there was a giy with turban and he then cooperated with us and changed our quilts bedsheets and at 1030pm we were given towels and other accessories. Only that sikh receptionist was good about that hotel.

I stayed for a couple of day in this Hotel , I found it is a unique type of hotel with respect to service , humanistic approach and above all a worth praising hotel , I wish them all the best for future endeavors and suggest other to visit it at least once where value of money is reflected on ground. Excellent services..good infrastructure...food is awesome ...cooperative staff...overall everything is perfect...even prices r cheaper than others...must stay here..awesome experience
