Hotel Kisan - Hotel in Puri - Puri, India

Worst room service and they don't have power backup or generator, if electricity goes down then you have to be in dark room. They Talk to guest rudely like 'light nahin hai, 4 baje aayega aise hi raho'. Room quality is poor, no cleaning, no maintenance. Overall I had very worst experience there.

This is first time to have such a bad experience. First of all the room that was given, lacked cleanliness. There were many cockroaches in the room. The blanket provided during this winter is very dirty and thin. We couldn't use it. When we had requested to give another blanket, did not get. When we asked for room rent bill while leaving, bill was not given. This is the first time I didn't get a bill at a hotel. We had paid 1600 per day for first 2 days and 1700 for last day(extension charge extra 100) as room rent. #travelwithsanjib

First at all Its a budget hotel so dont expect too much. I stay here for 5days. Property is located Near to beach area. All basic requirments available at the property. Manager is very humble and cooperative, At last if you dont required room services then its a good place to live,

Pathetic experience. behavior.we reached early morning 5'o clock on nov 20th, temperature was 7 cel.we knock the door for 15min and called the manager (Amit) no. more than 10 times, got not responding.but few people from the hotel help us find the caretaker and asked 1st question "what's time right now"we said our train time 4.30AM. he said we should have waited at the railway station because he won't let us check in before 8AM. COLD WIND was blowing we requested but won't listen to us. i had to plead him to let us in so we could get some relief. we waited waiting area. And bed was broken. room wasn't clean at all. we asked him every day Amit and caretaker didn't listen to us at all. poor experience room was dirty very dirty. they are not human at all. they care about money. most of them are rude and unhelpful.

I stayed as a single person for an overnight visit. It was the perfect size and space for what I needed. Very clean and comfortable. I originally booked a single, but was upgraded to a double. I think it would have definitely on the small side if I were sharing that space it another person, though. The hotel staff was very kind and accommodating

Very cheap rooms so cannot expect anything spectacular. First room had a window with no pane of glass so asked to change rooms. Had to ask for sleeping blanket. There was no toilet seat on the western toilet. All in all, not terrible.

My experience was worst to this hotel. After reached they provided me a room where fan was not running. Manager was not in the hotel that time. I had to wait and spend 3hrs without fan on this hot summer. They had provided 1 soap as toiletries. Same is to use for bathe and toilet. No shampoo. I was there for 38 hrs ... and within this 5 6 hrs there was no current. Again I had to spend hot timing, when I did complain manager said, i can not do anything... there was generator, i said them to run but he said, generator is only for water pump not for electricity. Location is tooooooo much far from main area of Puri. Do not ever book this hotel, this is just waste of your money. Very very worst experience.

5 star rating because of its a budget hotel. Close to station and the beach. Manager is nice and soft spoken. If you plan only to stay and you don't demand service then its good.
