Hotel Kiran Villa Palace - Hotel in Bharatpur - Bharatpur, India

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On one hand, the location of the hotel was excellent - it was convenient and easily accessible. Additionally, the ambiance was excellent and provided a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for guests. The service was also good, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. However, the hotel owner/manager's behavior was disappointing. Their behavior towards guests was bad and rude, which had a negative impact on my overall experience at the hotel. As someone who values professionalism and courtesy, this was not acceptable to me. Overall, the hotel has some excellent qualities, but it's essential for the management to address the issue of rude behavior and ensure that all staff members are trained to provide courteous and professional service to their guests.

One of the poorly managed property , Hotel has excellent location, Rooms are spacious and well designed . There was only one boy from service who was very active and supportive. Owner and his friends were speaking very loud on our day of arrival . We were completely disturbed on first night. Owner never bothered to address concerns , He only spoke at time of checkout for payment . No service attitude found in management so dint felt like talking and even to address concerns.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. No water in bathroom. Restaurant not functioning.

Absolutely value for money. The property is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and well-maintained. The best part, it is just a stone's throw away from the bird sanctuary. One disappointing experience was that we had overstayed the checkout time and they asked us to play the entire amount for an extra day which is outrageous. Generally when you overstay, and no guests are expected they allow you a few extra hours or charge a minimal fee. After some discussion, they agreed to an extra half-day payment for 3 hours of overstay.

# Rooms are spacious but lack amenities like water bottles , phone inside room not working. # Beware the guy might try to allocate you Deluxe for a Super deluxe price , so check for the difference. # Very limited space to park the car, i parked my car outside the property gate. # There is very little open space , its basically a few rooms on a Row house society. # Food is tasty , not included in the room rates but is overpriced, not all the items on menu will be available. # Walkable distance from the sanctuary. # No card machine they accept only cash or UPI.

Room is good but food price is very high even mosquitos are there in bathroom plus the owner is very rude and normaly don't allow food from zomato and swiggy. One bread toast cost around 100 and tea 50. overall it was a worst experience will not recommend anyone to stay here at same price and food cost you can definitely get lot better hotels like Swaraj resort thier food is lot better quality in low price than this nonsense food at much higher price. completely bakwaas hotel.

Beautiful rooms and beautiful place. Be careful while making payment. The owner gave us a different rate and the reception charged us something else. Later they agreed as we had written proof. But a lot of cheating is there. If the management was more transparent it would have been better.

Very good stay for a family. Nice place to sit outside room like homestay. Cleanliness can be improved.. but with the price and quite room, and good quality sleep, it is good for 1-2 days stay. Very near to the bird sanctuary!
