This is my first experience is in my life which is soo inferior service washroom was third grade quality there is leakage in washroom as well in December some was geaser is not working i am suggesting to other people i will not recommend to stay in this hotel According to my opinion its third grade hotel Dont come moreover i am uploading pics then you can see .
A nice hotel to stay while on a visit towards baba balaknath ji temple, shahtalai.
"HOTEL KIRAN" Basically Its not a HOTEL, its a home away from home! If you are coming to visit "Shahtalai" then don't miss staying in your own house. My experience says, if even i am quite far from SHAHTALAI, then i will drive few hours more and will chose this place again for a stay. So cool environment. Rooms are good, tidy. Family environment. And obviously the food is LAZEEZ. Food is great. Food prepared is on Demand otherwise you will have to arrange for it from outside, but if you want to have something with the amazing taste of Himachal, you should try eating something inside only. And about the cost... Totally worth it. You find it a Better deal, in comparison with any other place. JAI BABA BALAK NATH!
The hotel is good but here is our incident we book AC family 4 bed room we check in electricity going whole night we wake up due to warm day they don't start AC whole night and morning they ask we take full charge and rude behaviour staff and manager not understand there is no light it's very very bad experience this is 1 star hotel I am suggesting do not stay hotels in shahtalai because they all have low class room quality we visit 4 hotels and guest house first check room then pay hotel do not use advance payment select pay at hotel always in this situation
It was really a nice n Good experience in staying at hotel kiran... Good service n very neat n clean hotel.. Loved d stay n will definitely come soon to visit again in dis property , it's a good hotel with a nice location.

it's very good hotel for family stay.They have good food,good service. when i go to baba balak nath temple i always stay there.they always treat us like a family. :)
