Hotel Kingston House - Hotel in Lucknow - Lucknow, India

My recent stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. We booked two rooms, but upon arrival, we found that the bedsheets were not clean, and one of the rooms had blood spots on the bedsheet. Additionally, they did not accept international cards, which caused some inconvenience. We had to make the payment using an Indian credit card. The room had an unpleasant smell, and I was surprised to find that there were no basic amenities like a hair dryer or an iron. Despite our four-day stay, the housekeeping never came to clean our rooms. We had to repeatedly request fresh towels, which were only provided on the last day. To make matters worse, we inquired about laundry service, and they quoted a hefty price for just two shirts and a few socks. This charge for laundry was significantly higher than expected. I'm baffled as to how this place has a 4-star rating. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

One of the fabulous Hotels in the area, Rooms and service was great, I stayed over for a week and staff was very polite.

It is located on the main road and easily reachable. Normal parking area. Food is good and services are also good.

Budget friendly and good rooms

Visiting Kingston house was a pleasure. The hotel is an overall package of luxury and ambient atmosphere. The staff is friendly, which is one of the best factors of a hotel. We came up with a small family gathering, and I was pretty with the hotel staff and food Despite being a great hotel, I have a couple of issues to which the management should face off with The sound system provided by the hotel was indeed a dumb and worn out SONY sound system, which was not enough to cover up the length and breath of the hall. It was seriously disturbing, as they didn't even send a sound technician to deal with the system, it would have been very helpful if someone would have controlled it throughout the course of the programme. We ourselves were configuring it to our standards. Everything else was good. Food and complementary service was good. I'd appreciate the efforts put by the management in employing the staff as they were very friendly and well-behaved
