hotel location is good, rooms are good. service staff are friendly. however hotel has strictly no visitors policy which made it very difficult for my friends to visit us as i got some injury in my leg. after so many arguments they allowed visitors.. however staff at the reception is not good.further they dont have hot water in bathroom.. Also they say their kitchen is 24 hours open but they serve till 11 pm. they also didnt give us plates when we ordered from outside citing their kitchen is close and the staff has taken the kitchen key with him.. overall experience is okayish..
The rooms were not bad. But it has to be maintained in a better way. The staff were friendly. Would say it's a bit overpriced for the facilities. Can be considered for a one night stay.
By far my worst experience at this hotel
I booked this hotel from agoda, manager was scheming with new "policies" at the time of check in. Workers were nice but the manager was super rude and manipulative, read so many reviews about him all were negative
Apart from that charging 1800 a night for a small and dirty. You could easily get good property in 1800. Not worth the money
Very Pathetic hotel. The facilities provided are not worth for what they are charging. The bed sheet and pillows were dirty with hairs. Room was having a very bad smell. There were rats inside the room at night. Plug points are bad and not working. Hygiene is something they don't know. Food we're average. I have no clue how I managed to stay awake the whole night because I couldn't sleep with rats running everywhere. Foul smell coming out from AC made the whole room a miserable place.
Manger & staffs are Rude & Non cooperative & Price are so High then Facilities #Avoid to stay
Stayed here on 2 occasions in the last 2 months with my son. I would stay again and recommend the place. Handy for the metro and in a quiet area. The staff are friendly and helpful. I was hesitant to stay when I first read some of the comments about the staff, but found these not to be true.

The location of the hotel is very apt for visitors as it is nearby metro station. The rooms on the 1st floor are very nice as it has a road side view. Staff are very co operative and Food was very good especially lunch and dinner. Room service is very fast. Lastly the rooms have a very nice space and u will have a very comfortable stay
