The hotel is couple friendly. Staff members and owners are very cooperative in each way. U didn't have to worry at all, even for small needs they are there to help. Food and water will directly be served into your room on one single call. The location is very appropriate just walking distance away from Assi ghat and BHU Lanka gate. It is also very budget friendly at this quality of service.

Hotel Kings Banaras deserves a 5-star rating for their exceptional hospitality. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and responsive, promptly resolving any issues over the phone. I even left my charger behind, but the hotel manager went out of their way to keep it aside for me and helped me retrieve it via courier pickup. The level of service provided by the staff truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Banaras
The management is not good,the check out time is 11am but they ask me to leave the in morning 8am because they were having their booking and the receptionist behaviour is very rude.
Welcome by flies. Rooms have no Windows. Only location is such that you can easily go to ghat, do cremation rituals. Good for students to stay jointly on sharing basis.
