Hotel is near to howrah railway station,Room is newly renovated and looks very good . Bathroom cleaninness is well maintained. Hotel provides good food ,need to work food price. Overall stay was very good and staff is very supportive.
Awesome service at budget price This hotel is located 1km from howrah railway station near to howrah ac market . Service with smile must appreciate the management for well trained staff. service is good and the taste of food was also very good . checked in early morning without any extra charge.Its too hot in Kolkata but hotel gave me room at morning 7 am . so it was very relaxing. clean bedsheet, hygienic bathroom.
The Bed was slightly uncomfortable as it was making certain noise. Also, the prices which were said to us by the receptionist and the prices which were shown in the hotel site apps were different. We have also faced difficulties in pricing points as of offline booking as when they showed us the room they quoted some different rate & receptionist quotes us differ rate. Although the experience was very warm 24*7 access to the gate, the gate keepers were kind enough. The staff were pretty good. And we had their coffee & breakfast meal which was good in taste too. It's definitely my go to hotel to stay in.
My train reached early at howrah station and my check in time was 12 noon,so I just thought give call to hotel for early check in at 7 am . The hotel guy was quite happy to give us Room with no extra cost . By looking at the area you won't find satisfactory but inside they have maintained really well. Rooms were very good ,linen were fresh and clean , hygienic. The hotel is near to howrah railway station it's just take 5 mins from station by any cab but come out of station and take auto they will charge you max Rs 100 . The best part staff were really helpful and supportive.Their service is quick . Burra bazar is near to hotel for wedding shopping . Visited belurmath and dakhineshwar Kali temple .Cab were arranged by hotel staff. I recommend to all the traveller. Hotel has inhouse kitchen with yummy food . loved the service and will visit soon

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. And this is the best reasonable hotel in Howrah area. So, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.
One of the best hotel near howrah railway station. Good for family as staff are very courteous and helpful. Whenever I visit howrah I love to stay at this hotel . Nearby veg restaurant are available. Howrah AC market is walking distance . One can visit Dakshineswar kali temple,belurmath ,kalighat , My trip was for gangasagar it went very well . Thank you kiaan inn hotel team .
Stay at the hotel way pleasing. There was no traffic noise nor any kind of disturbance. I had a nice sleep last night. The location of hotel is easily accessible. Rooms are clean as they have their own staff. Food was tasty. The staff was co-operative.

It's a best hotel in howrah hopefully management is new but all staff behavior is nice and friendly also owners are well behaved persons rooms also good but it's my personal experience and humble request to the management plz improve your restaurant
