I had an amazing stay.The hotel owner is very good and much friendly and adjusting. The room was compact but all necessary facilities were there. The food was very nice specially the breakfast, really amazing, all Punjabi dishes were there, I really liked the Chole Kulche which was served in the breakfast. About the location that is also very nice as its just 1 km away from Golden Temple.

Mixed feelings, both negatives and positives. Good things were a extremely kind and hospitable host at the reception, available at late hours also, he adjusted with us few times, average cleanliness in rooms, allowed our driver basic provisions. Bad things include preparation of room was not good, AC switch not working in one room, TV without connection, no lift, washroom in pathetic condition in the other, we were in the hotel at odd hours so didn't have the time to get things repaired. We found the attendant to be very snoopy getting inside our rooms to check in. The power situation is very bad, they are very defensive about use of AC, geyser, need to inform before using, small electric equipment was not allowed if more than 15W power. They even went to the extent of confiscating such equipment. We wanted to shorten our stay to mutual benefit, but that was also not allowed. Food ordered via hotel was very costly. Overall bad experience, not worthy of a 3 star.

I visited first time in Amritsar and stayed in this hotel. The uncle and his son were very friendly and kind . I sent a good time with them during tea and dinner, felt just as I was in home. They offered me Amritsari Kulcha that was also fabulous cooked with desi Ghee. It is very near to Golden temple, railway as well as bus stand and in a affordable price. I prefer to visit this hotel. My experience was awesome.

A Guest House which is just 500 mts away from Golden temple is owned by a Father and Son. You can easily see two Sardar Ji in the picture, they are the owners, why am I talking so much about them is all because they are such nice people who u can never find in whole of Punjab. They are Very polite , humble and kind. They talk well with you and guide you well too. Breakfast Provided by them is awesome Hotel Stay is cheap, Rooms are cosy. With all basic amenities.

I had the most horrible experience with this hotel, and I would not recommend this to anyone. In my 10 years of travelling, this is the first time I have faced such treatment and issues. Let me write down my entire experience so that others know what to expect. First of all, the hotel is not very close to Golden Temple. It is between the Town Hall and the bus stand, just after Hall Bazaar, and so takes a 10-15 mins to reach Golden temple.. there are much closer hotels near Jallianwala Bagh, so consider those if you dont want to end up walking a lot on foot. When I went to check in, they were not sure if I had AC/non-AC room booking.. They later said it was non-AC booking, and quickly said you cant cancel it now, you will not get any refund. I travelled during diwali period and the weather didn't merit AC. I said that's OK, but it will have hot water, right? They said No, only AC rooms have geyser. I asked if they will provide me with a bucket of hot water in the morning, and they outright said, if you want hot water, you need to take an AC room, and asked me to pay another 500 Rs for the AC room for 2 days of my stay. I have travelled to so many places and stayed in non-Ac rooms, and if they didn't have geyser, they readily agreed to give hot water in a bucket in the morning. I refused and agreed to take the non-AC room. The non-AC room that they provided, the window pane was broken and covered with a curtain (see pic). The TV didnt have a connection (see pic again). I asked if they could provide me with another room, they refused and said the other rooms are AC ones and you can upgrade. It was already late in the evening, and i didn't have the energy left to argue any further.. I checked in. When I asked for a Jug of Water, they refused again!! And said you will have to buy bottled water!! What kind of hotel refuses to give a jug of Water? Never ever has any hotel not provided me with drinking water.. All they want is to extract more money out of you. Read reviews by other people as well where they have written similar things. But it doesnt end here... I had a friend who had come, and I planned to freshen up before we moved out to see Golden Temple. They didn't allow him and asked him to wait at the reception!! I felt so insulted and angry at their behaviour!! Oh the icing on all this, when I checked out and was about to leave, he actually made me wait, went to the room and checked the room, as if there were so many things in the room that he had provided that i would steal. All that the room had was 2 glasses and a cupboard, a TV that was disconnected. Again, never ever have i been held up like this while checking out, from 5 star hotel to budget hotels, i have stayed everywhere, but never been treated like this. So do yourself a favour and don't ruin your holiday, pick some other hotel. There are others who have written similar experience. You will get far better service at other hotels that cost you less.

Khurana hospitality is one of the best hospitality in near other hotels in bus stand. All the staff are very humbled nd helpfull persons. Service is perfect nd peicefull . Rooms are very very neat nd clean. outdoor location is very beautiful.i recommend all the persons to stay this hospitality nd enjoy their tours Thank you

It's a lodge, rather than a hotel, with No Kitchen facility, though the owner may seem to be nice, no grudges against anyone, but for an AC room lodge to just have rest its Ok. No lift, so elderly should surely avoid this. 1.5 KMS from Golden Temple, cycle rickshaw can be fetched from 200 mtrs, otherwise it's near a red light signal, approach is not that bad, so just below average for everything.

Hotel was gud. Room is OK. Services is also good. But one thing which i dont like that need to change by the hotel is that they not accept the orders from zamoto or swiggy etc. For lower budget this is the best hotel. Thanks
