Hotel Khaleel Palace - Hotel in Baramulla, Gulmarg - Baramulla, India

We had a great experience in this hotel. We got a family room which had two big beds for four people. The stay was comfortable and the room had a heater as well as a bed heater. The room had 24x7 hot water supply and the food was also good with variety of options for buffet. The hotel was extremely close to the Gondola.

Location is beautiful. Staff is cooperative and service oriented. Buffet served in breakfast and dinner got exotic variety of dishes with hygienic good taste. Only two issues we faced was 1) dog barking behind the hotel till midnight 2)out of no where early in the morning water started dripping in one corner of the room, when we informed them they kept a bucket there. Luckily that was our check out day.

Good location . Excellent food with a quality buffet spread for breakfast & dinner. Room service is OK. Welcome Snacks pack and the bathroom toiletry kit are quite nicely & adequately provided.

The hotel is really good the view is superb the food was good and the room was good but the only issues were faced were that water was dripping down of the roof which they solved it by putting a bucket and at there we even made a snowman out there.And I wonder how this place has 3.8 rating

Horrible experience. Very small room, poor maintenance, bathroom are not in good condition, They don't have hand towel. Electric appliances not working. I was surprised when moong ki daal and lauki ki sabji offered in dinner. Only good thing is their service.

We had a good stay here. The room was comfortable with useful amenities . The view of the mountains from the room was wonderful. Mudassir bhai was especially helpful with the booking and has a good behaviour.

Good service very quickly they fixed electricity point on the room. Delicious dinner, good breakfast and helpful staffs. Toilet need to be more cleaner.

Fooding department staffs are asked to clean the rooms which is not at all viable as they look for food at night and early morning as well Housekeeping department should be separate plz look into this matter seriously
