Hotel KGA Elite Continental - Hotel in Thiruvalla - Pathanamthitta, India

KGA Elite has always kept it's standards high. This was the venue for my engagement and this was where my wife's relatives stayed. The rooms were gorgeous, cleanliness 100%, staff knowledgeable and polite. The venue/hall for the engagement was cozy, comfortable and well decorated and maintained. There was never a moment to frown or complain about. Breakfast was always awesome and the waiters knew us by our face after a day itself and knew what our preferences were. All of the staff was well dressed and 100% maintained the quality of every little aspect. We will come back again for sure!!! Complete unprofessional approach all over the departments. Not even a single staff found pleasant over there. During my check out it has already informed to get the bill keep ready and even after that I will have to wait at the lobby for half an hour. I was planned to stay there and during some hospital issues of my personal. Due to that I will have to extend the stay one more day. The hotel had informing me about the extension even after the grace hours. And the front office manager is truly unprofessional as from their end they misplaced one of my food bill and after they found and informing me that I denied to make the payment. A person who can spend 10000 for two day will expect a discount for rupees 500? Don't think so. And all the team would have called around 25 times to ensure the repayment. And not even a single person had a courtesy to give a confirmation upon the receipt of the payment rather front office manager and the staffs are eager to send their personal google pay number. Treat the guest as guest and guide them properly. Please don't focus only on the money from the guest. And if you need to get a good feedback need to have professional employees. I guess the management is not treating the employees well, which causing the guests facing such issues.

Well-kept rooms. Very clean & hygienic too. Good food.. Excellent service... Reasonable rates.

Food was not all that good. Fish curry ,pthe curry was warm but fish pieces were ice cold. Every item was cold, payasam was very cold, just removed from the refrigerator like.

Thank you sir for everything. It was a wonderful stay over there. We enjoyed all these days because of the cordial atmosphere. In one word I must say it was excellent

During my two-day stay at KGA Hotel Elite Thiruvalla for an audit project, I found the experience to be quite pleasant. Despite the hectic workload, the hotel staff provided a calming gesture that helped ease our work stress. While the food quality didn't come as a surprise, the overall ambiance was decent. However, what truly stood out was the staff's exceptional hospitality; they were incredibly welcoming and ready to assist us throughout our stay, from checking in to checking out. Their helpful attitude made the whole experience more enjoyable. I would recommend KGA Hotel Elite Thiruvalla for its friendly staff and supportive atmosphere.

The food is just average but I don't think there is any other place in Thiruvalla to go, to have a decent time with your family. This place is more than 40 years old. The management should improve on the taste.

It was good. Pretty much what you'd expect for a one-night stay. Could have had more breakfast options though.
