Actually single star is also more for that property.Manager don't know how to talk to customer.... Very rude n arrogant

I went to this hotel to book atleast 10 rooms and being a doctor i expect everyone to be polite. The manager straight away without even seeing who I was started saying words which I didn't like and thereafter when I came out he followed me as I was upset with his behaviour and not even tried to convince me but started saying unnecessary things again and again. He does not have any etiquettes on how anyone should speak with the customer. He does not understand a single word anyone would speak either in English or Hindi and when I said that I won't come here ever..... He said it's okay bohot doctor aate hai yaha tumhare jaise. Worst hotel experience ever..... Never had this kind of experience in my life.

Bad experience rooms r dirty and small I asked for 2 cups of tea they charge me 100 rs. It's ridiculous so I give minus 1 star I recommend avoid this hotel and this is off season

I have booked room in OYO app and paid all my dues in online but when I go this hotel they asked me extra money & I have to pay. They are taking benefits of urgency because I didn't much time to find another hotel. I would like to draw attention that the hospitalises isn't good.

Umm, the hotel ambience is quite appreciable for the expense. The staff were cooperative and modest. But while talking about cleanliness, I felt little dissatisfied. They have a wonderful kitchen and room service for the same, which is just a call away.

We checked in around 1330 hrs. Allotted room no 201was stinking. So requested for another. Got 207 which was having no cupboard, hangers or any basic amenities besides toilets being very dirty. Again requested for change of room but given same stinking room 201. We had no options but to shift. Later found linens being very dirty. After lots of discussion got linens changed. Then was turn of toilet, made them to clean again. So finally settled by 3pm. No drinking water was provided. We were forced to by bottled water. Hot water was charged Rs 20 per serving. Staffs were reluctant to listen to your complaint. Lastly despite informing in advance, no invoice was provided for the services. It was just hand written bill of typical style. On insisting for proper bill, they denied. While checking out staff were just arrogant and giving back look. So it was very worst experience in Kenil Star hotel. NEVER EVER RECOMMEND TO ANY FRIENDS OR RELATIVES.

I booked through third party .and was denied AC room which was promised. They have some trouble with Oyo. Would recommend not to book through Oyo. Nd the rooms are smelly. The receptionist is very rude. Even the money is not yet refunded.

Pathetic room given.. smelling issue cleaning issue bathroom exhaust was not working, fan knob was not working, they didn't given AC romote and set the AC on 27-28...so much bad experience. Food is also worst. Not recommended at all and they don't allow outside food. When I asked about all these issue they said all rooms have same issue so they can't change room..now I moved to different hotel just stayed there for one day because advance paid.
