Nice Property. Peaceful Location. Rooms are Nice and Great. Amazing Ambience of the Restaurant. Really Pretty Views from Higher Floor Rooms. Very Sweet and Helpful Employees. Also There the Property is Wheelchair Accessible. Call at the Reception 5 Minutes before you reach the Venue and they will arrange a Wheelchair and a person will be waiting at the entrance with the Wheelchair to receive you.

Pros: - Cannot ask for a better location for Bangladeshis. Everything is close. - Well maintained rooms with approachable room service staff. Standard amenities are provided. - Buffet breakfast is well suited to Bangladeshi taste bud. - Staff are well-behaved with 24/7 room service. - Restaurant can customize order if you prefer ordering out of the menu . Cons: - Some of the restaurant staff are a little aggressive. Male waiters serving breakfast are not very friendly. - While the breakfast is overall good, the items are not much, and the Indian options are not tasty at all. One or two meat items should be added. Also, the space for breakfast is really small. - There is an exit gate for cars that always remains closed. I'm not sure why. So the cars need to reverse and then get out using the same gate. - The hotel is understaffed. - Lift is too small.

This Place is good to stay for short or longer period. The great facility & service will be provided. Awesome rooms with great ambience make you fill very happy.

For the price, Hotel Kempton's Haven exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. If you're looking for a no-frills, budget-friendly option, this is a solid choice.

Worst experience during my stay as rooms are unclean. Person at reception is rude . Created nuisances when asked for invoice though the payment has done in advance through site booking. Room are not spacious as shown in hotel site. Provides Lifebuoy soaps in mini size in bathrooms. Payment charged for drinking water beyond two bottles per day. Highly Not Recommended. Rates not as per room size and services provided.
