HOTEL KEK GRAND PARK (AIRPORT HOTEL) - Hotel in Chennai - Chengalpattu, India

If you are looking for budget hotel near to Chennai airport then Hotel KEK GRAND Park is the best option. It's just 3 km away from Chennai airport. Rooms are very neat and clean. Very well maintained too. Washroom is also neat and clean. If talk about the services, it's too good. Receptionist is very caring, cooperative and helpful. Other staff members are also very much obedient and supportive. They serve Tea coffee and some selected foods throughout the night so if you are coming late at night from the airport, you will surely get good food. Seating and waiting area near reception as well as at every floor also proves that they care. Only minus point is the locality or surrounding area of the hotel is little bit dirty or crowded but Chennai airport is in the city unlike other cities so we must ignore this little point. Parking the car is also small issue but we shouldn't worry about because hotelier take care and park the vehicle very safely. So I prefer to give 5 stars to hotel KEK Grand Park considering my personal experience for staying one night.

I had a connecting flight so was here for just 4 hours here. They quoted me a different price on phone and during pickup from the airport but upon checking charged way more. Promised airport drop and pickup, but didn't drop me when I made a small request of stopping by at a nearby temple for 10 mins, even when I was willing to pay. NOT A PLACE I WOULD RECOMMEND.

I have stayed two time in this hotel, near Chennai airport, It's in a busy area with Maket around, and amazing foods available around. The hotel is very clean and staffs are very friendly.If you are in transit and do quick shopping this area is very easy. Fashion design clothes for all, medicines, foods, fruits and vegetables, gifts etc.

Stayed here for a night to catch my domestic flight. The rooms are neat and nice. Service is too good.. you call them and service is provided within 5min. 5 star rated service here. Location is kind of not ok.. it's ok for an overnight stay. Got pickup and drop to airport which was good actually.

Terrible hospitality, they treated us with little respect and also charged extra for a guest that wanted to use our room to refresh for 10 mins. I don't recommend this to anyone who wants to have peace of mind and a good stay. Side note: There was a cockroach in our room.

Rooms are average but toilet fixtures are need repairing and also tv and ac is not working.

Overall experience is the worst one. Behaviour is just unbearable, moreover they always tell a lie for hiding the truth. No restaurant is there though it is mentioned.Their rates are not fixed, it is variable with their own choice, though I found the max rate of their rooms should be not more than 1500/- per day per ac room, though from someone they are claiming 2800/- rupees, from someone 2200/-rupees. They have no fixed policy. 24 hours checkout system is not there. They are always claiming extra charges. The rooms are not so clean. That is not at all a 3 star hotel.

From my personal experience with my family, kindly do not book this hotel online and never pay through any online websites. They will cancel the booking once you arrive at the hotel and ask you to pay 2800/- for one night at this cheap hotel. Never ever book a hotel like this, if you planning to stay in a neat and clean room just go and book reputed hotels like IBIS, holidayIN, etc. I lost my money and time (1600 via Agoda). A receptionist name Suresh is a rude guy without any respect to the customers.
