Hotel KC Residency - Hotel in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

recently stayed at the Hotel KC Residency during my business trip to the city and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The room itself was spacious, clean and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and a great shower. I particularly loved the view from my room which overlooked the city skyline and provided a great way to unwind after a long day of work.

One of the standout features of The is its excellent dining options. The hotel's restaurants offer a range of cuisines, from authentic Indian to international, and the food is always fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The hotel also boasts a fantastic bar, which is the perfect spot to unwind with a drink after a long day. The staff at The are incredibly friendly and attentive, and they go out of their way to make sure that your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. They are always available to assist with any requests or queries, and their professionalism and helpfulness are truly exceptional. The room also bigger than usually you can stay here with your family this is so cold place for your vacation trip so please visit this place the location is good also and that's service is too good the room helper help you all of your service so please visit this place this my earnest request

1. The overall experience was very good. 2. Rooms are spacious. My room was clean, neat, tidy and ready for me to check in. The room has facilities like running hot water, tea coffee maker, AC, working table, Electronic safe and all toiletries. WIFI 3. Food was very good and tasty. Portion was good. Breakfast spread was nice with multiple cuisine options. 4. The overall service and hospitality was wonderful. Check in check out process went seamless.

Worst experience ever.. Rooms are very small and stinky Unhygienic dirty washrooms Ceiling Fans not working properly They have shown fake pictures on goibibo for hotel bookings...

My stay at the hotel was good. I stayed here for 5 days and to say I was treated with such kindness is an understatement in itself. The staff, from the housekeepers to the front desk(Mr. Aftab) was very cop Operative and friendly . My room was always clean and the bed was good.Location wise it is perfect as it is situated just below Marol Metro station and all the restaurants, public transport, foods , restaurants, pubs, bars and easily accessible.I will recommend this hotel to any one wanting a good stay.

The owner was super polite and kind as well as the staff. Would recommend for a one nighter.

Oh my god! We never believed it will be such a worst place to stay. Room service Staff behaviour is ok they are helpful but rooms are pathetic. you will see A/C and geyser but they won't work. I recommend better to choose something else instead of this unless you really want to stay in this shady place. Have two stars just for room service. Can't even forget our bad experience. Better to avoid unless you really want to explore what I have said.. Thanks.
