Rooms had dust,small hairs on the bed,clogged drain, and a broken shower. Expired hand wash and soap. When I asked for a hair dryer, the housekeeping guy gave me an old hairdryer and asked me to use it fast because other guests also need it. Breakfast was very late, they started at 9:10 am and even then only poha and bread butter was available. Idly was still cooking according to the guy at the restaurant.

My name is Nasir. I went to the hotel today to inquire. Room Kamya comes for marketing. I stay for two-three days, but today a manager sitting there, who was a girl, started talking to me.I asked him the discount on the room, he said Rs 336. I said madam, what is the percentage, you can calculate it. He said madam, you tell me, I don't know, I didn't sit down to do this. It is our job to tell you the discount. She argued with me so much that she stood up to hit me. Sir I cannot understand. Behave like this with the customer, you were taking out the anger of your family on me.She tells me that you will get out of here. You have become very fit sir, Arogya Ahar dealer from 4 years in the market, Case Plaza Rajhans. If you ask anyone, I stay. My friend too is not like that. I have been with you for 4 years, but the manager you kept is a very bad type of girl, sir, one should not talk to this type. I liked your hotel very much. All the rooms are needed. It's very good. The most horrible and pathetic Hotel I ever have encountered in my business tenure so far.Few things I would like to bring it on for the people to be aware if they book this hotel.1. For Checkin at 10:30 Am they will charge Early check in charge which most of the hotels waive off post 9 AM.2. They gave me a room where AC is not working despite they knew the Main connection has a severe problem. The entire day I was at work and at night around 11:00 Pm when I came back I found and complaint about the AC they came and somehow managed but again at 1:00 Am the AC stopped working and the attendant of the hotel informed the room allotted to me has a problem in electricity particularly the AC Connection. The Temperature in Jamshedpur is 42-43deg. How could they do this to a customer ?3. When challenged and shouted at around 1:30 AM they changed my room but the Toilet/washroom was severely dirty and they didn't clean after the last check out.Please do not check in or book this hotel. I have had a horrifying experience.Pathetic Management and Pathetic Staff.

A decent hotel cum restaurant. First thing you notice asa you enter the premises is the cramped elevator, could have been a bit spacious and fast, thr lift is boringly slow. The restaurant is decent. The service is good but slow. They should employ more people. The quality of food is good enough especially the veg section.

the treatment at the hotel was very poor and as soon as anyone complaint they go one their family saying thats how they taught the manner and what not never book a room in this hotel my experience was very bad i booked a hotel online and was told that if u dont stay quiet u will not get refunds as its is our power. very ill treatment even the rooms i saw as courtesy they were not maintained properly. food was a waste too

The behavior of the staff is good. Nice food and location. The staff will clean rooms everyday without informing.

One of the best budget business hotel in Jamshedpur. Location is also a plus point, located just on the Bistipur main road. Opposite to Bistipur Raam Mandir (Temple) Transportation is also available for 24x7. Food & Services are also good. This was my 6th stay in this hotel & as usual my experiences were as good as always. Highly recommended !
