It's one of the super luxurious hotel in Jammu. The room was elegant and washroom was top quality too.
There is one thing I didn't like is they assigned us one of interconnected rooms. Room No. 312 which was connected internally with 310 so we were continuously hearing some human noises from that room and it is obvious they were hearing us too.
Food was delicious. We had their buffet breakfast and ordered white pasta. Staff is also very polite and the service was good too. Overall a good experience.
We had a wonderful stay. The staff was exceptionally professional and kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable as expected. It has been a very warm and welcoming stay. Big thanks to Neha and Amit from housekeeping for making our trip more comfortable. And the food is awesome over here. I will always recommend this hotel. Cheers
I have been living in Room 337 for almost two and a half month. It has been absolutely a wonderful stay so far. I would like to thank Mr Arun to make my stay really comfortable and providing me the best services.
