Economy hotel,i have booked AC double room. very calm and friendly people, the issue is the bathroom. They are not maintaining it properly, not even a shower, toilet seats are broken and the pipes also. There is no intercom facility, if we need to contact them either we can go directly or call from our mobile.

I'm booking this property for the second time. I had a very good experience staying here. Couple friendly and family friendly.I booked an AC room.Rooms are not that much big but suitable for two persons. Rooms was clean at the time of checkin. They will provide bottle of water,bathing soap,towel and blanket.Hotels are nearby and all the shops are easily accessible. I will book this property again when i come to kochi. Also the staffs were also very helpful.

Good budget friendly cheap rooms in Ernakulam city. You can definitely consider this one if you are looking for a budget friendly room for some days. You can book the room from every app available at Ernakulam.. there is a restaurant, supermarket, bus stop whatever you want it's around the hotel. The single room is a bit congested, but it's enough for a solo person.

this was a decent stay here and value of money kinda thing.they are providing a wifi with decent speed and room was perfectly ok for me. i will truly recommend this to anyone who came for any study purposes or job related things. thanks

Just 1km from the JLN metro station! Nb: do not get into a fight with the owner. The rooms are nice but the water looks like tea mix! No visitors are allowed.
