HOTEL KAVERI PALACE - Bed & breakfast in Mysuru - Mysuru, India

One of the affordable and good hotel in mysure. Cleaning is good, washrooms are in good condition.

Hotel Location is 10min travel distance from Railway station. Rooms are OK but not clean poor maintenance. Through phone they speak different but when you visit their attitude is different. we have to park our car in front of the Hotel in road no safe parking, if anything happens to our vehicles surely they will do nothing. Not recommend.. One best thing is hot water is avial in bathroom 24 hours...

We booked two rooms for 2 days with breakfast option for 4 of our family members. It was an unpleasant experience for us. The room service were very bad and unprofessional. Room service boys were rude. Each day the staff got changed and I had to make them convinced that we have complimentary breakfast option in our booking. And after the altercation they got convinced and then gave us the breakfast. They disconnected intercom facilty and Guesuer was not working after evening. Bathroom lock was broken for both the rooms. If you need anything at night you have to come to the reception and tell them. Location wise the hotel good but you will get plenty other hotels here too. Not recommended .

I had earlier booked this hotel in 2021 and had a good stay so decided to book the same but this time it was the worst experience to book this hotel. Since the owner knew i booked he denied me an early check in and asked for 600 extra for checking in early. The early check-in was denied even when majority of the rooms were unoccupied. the packaged water that they promise in amenities and it is just tap water in an unsealed bottle and he asked More money to supply packaged drinking water. There is no power backup and I had to stay for more than 5hrs without electricity. I was allotted a third floor room and no staff could assist me carrying the luggage even when they were free and even the lift wasn't working. Overall, a really bad experience.

Booked 2 rooms via make my trip and paid full amount in advance. When we tried to check in, they told the rooms are not available. They have only one room available. They are not aware of the booking through make my trip and denied the stay. I had to argue with them and at the end they have provided 2 rooms. Rooms, bed and toilets are not hygeine. The receptionist and the room boys are unprofessional and rude. They are scamming the people. No parking facility. U need to park the car on road. Overall very pathetic service. Think 100 times before booking the room

Complete unhygienic hotel. Smelly room . Washroom door knob broken. Water from windows coming inside. Pathetic bathroom. We booked room in triple sharing basis but they provided only double bed and for additional bed they asked 200 extra. They said only double bed is mentioned in app so additional bed is chargeable. How come while booking and selecting 3 adult we are charged for 3 people and while getting at hotel again we have to pay. We paid anyway as we checked in late and didn't have option so we stayed. Bt we regret booking

property is old, they made lot of jugad to delight the guests. But if we se the room cost and available facilities I will recommend everyone to try this hotel.

I have taken 2 rooms in this lodge, spacious rooms with good beds. 3 bed deluxe Room with attached toilet bathroom. Hot water facility is available. Overall it is worth the money spent, but maintenance part is little lacking. Bathroom flush was not working and window door was stuck.
