Locate at R-Block Square Just opposite to Mahalekhakar Bhawan. Place is located in good area railway station in under 2 km. Staff behaviour is good place is good for stay. Can get good foods near by also. Income tax Square is 2km approx from this hotel.

Hotel has sufficient rooms and helpful staff. There is no food canteen inside, but one family resturant is just next to this building. I felt that rooms need little bit of more maintenance like mosquitoes were there however they provided with repellant spray.

There is a open area where marriage event and any party will occur, but the room service and cleanliness is not good it's a government according to Bihar Government service is also not so good, but the basic requirement full field by the hotel authority.

Hotel Kautilya vihar is very good place, where you can enjoy your life very well, all the facility available here, all staff are good..

Doesn't worth even a single star. Not even a single room has a working washroom. Continuous leakage of water from the air conditioner. Very dim and low light in room. Staffs are unprofessional. When complained about the service, they ignored it as if it was not a issue for them. You can easily get a very good hotel at the same price of around Rs.4500 beside this hotel. Don't waste your money here.

Please avoid this place. Beds are curved in between, bedsheets are stained, rooms are not clean, phone doesn't work, there is no staff at the hotel. Cleanliness 0 Staff reaponse 0 Hygiene 0 (there is litter at the gate)

Location is very good. Very easy to reach. Public vehicle also comes in this area. When you reached there then you will fill that very nice ambiance. Surroundings area is good. Quality of rooms are good and service is also awesome. Must visit this place. Overall good experience.

Its a typical government building with all basic infrastructure.Staff is very welcoming and helpful.However the quality of infrastructure is not up to the mark.There is a lot of work which needs to be in bathroom.The room lock is automatic but faulty.The walls are quite damp and paint is coming out.Proper mopping of floor is not done.You can see dirt all around.You may prefer to stay if you are on tight budget and travelling alone.
