Did not stay. Visited for stay. Lift and Lobby at FFL average. Waiters serve food and tea without hygiene.

I was there today for my birthday celebration. But quality of food are not good. Taste of food are totally bad . Mutton are stale. Cooking skill are zero.

Restaurant bhosriwala tha or hotel maha madharchod. I booked my room with my colleague there and the room was cancelled because I was not local and How could she who belonged to Darjeeling stay there alone. The receptionist didn't respond and cancelled the booking. After that we moved to hotel , and we asked for coffee now bhosriwale denied to serve as according to them it was time for lunch. To laude k liye restaurant khola hai madharchod. Apne gand me menu dal lo.

Location is good . Staffs are so much co-operative and very friendly environment. Food is undoubtedly the best in town and the price is also affordable.

Rooms and service is top notch here. Stayed there for 2 days with friends. Had a blast. Food quality and taste is just wow. Only demerit is the location otherwise it is value for money

Amazing wonderful and most precious hotel and hotel staff are also very satisfied by their work

My birthday was on 21 Jan we had told the restaurant manager that I am going to celebrate my birthday on 21 Jan , but when we went with family nd friends they denied the reservation of tables nd behaviour was very rude .. we were the most prominent customer of kaushki restaurant but now we will never went to this hotel because they don't respect customers emotions . When we went they kept us waiting for 2 hrs , restaurant staff switched off the phone , manager told that we called u no call came to me or my family. I urge everyone not to celebrate any of urs family functions at this hotel.

Taste is good, price is reasonable here, not so expensive.
