Hotel Kashmir Inn - Hotel in Srinagar - Srinagar, India

I travel a lot and I love traveling to the high point of India and through my journey I stayed in this for 15 days because of some minor injury. The staff is really caring and well trained. They have all types of facilities available in the room. The hotel has a nice environment around it that makes you feel comfortable.

Very bad,The hotel manager will treat you like dog,there will be no electricity and no power backup,dirty rooms ,they will just provide 2 candles and a match box to survive in the haunted room. they hired people to rate good in the internet, don't fall in their trap. Kindly find other good hotels in Srinagar.Manager forced me to remove the bad rating from internet. Looks like haunted place and unsafe feel and bad manners and behaviour of the property owner.

Location - location wise it is not good as it is little bit interior, about 200 mtr inside from road. Food - Only Nonvej food is available, no Vegeterian hotel is available nearby. Hotel staff itself provide vegeterian food but they takes a lot of time. Overall not for vegeterian's. Staff - Staff behaviour is good. But you can not trust blindly. As hotel staff has booked a house boat name ' Persian Group of house boat". They have cheated me, asbthey given me a house boat at ghat no. 15 and it was BEHIND a house boat and it was too dirty. There was no name mentioned on house boat. But still they told me it is Persian group. You will ommit there. I don't know it was combined plan of hotel owner and house boat owner. . Overall average stay. Good luck

Very bad service,almost every good reviews are fake ,manager is very unprofessional,they will threat you if you complain something to them.90% of time there will be no electricity,rooms were so dirty that you can't imagine,don't waste your money better go for a good family hotel.

We were traveling from Leh to Srinagar and booked a family room (4 bedded) this property on 2nd June 2023. We reached late due to heavy rains in the evening and entire city traffic was collapsed. They hotel guy was so unprofessional that he shared his live location and we spent 30 mins more time just to find this property. This property is far off from main road and only motor cycle can go there. We had to park our car on the main road which is totally unsafe. Just after reaching the hotel around 9:45 pm i ordered for dinner. They declined my order and asked us to go out and have food outside...!!! Upon several requests they served only daal, roti and egg bhurji and the taste was horrible. The bathroom was stinking and seems never cleaned. The towel were used and so with the bed sheet and blanket covers. Upon reading through lot of good reviews we booked this property but after staying for a night I don't recommend anyone to visit this property to spoil your trip. The staffs at reception were like hooligans and they speak like looteras.

The staff at Hotel Kashmir is amazing! They went out of their way to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are also very clean and spacious.
