Hotel Kashish International - Hotel in Kalyan - Thane, India

I had an amazing time at green County hotel. The staff was welcoming and friendly, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Mr.pratik provided top-notch support service. The food was outstanding. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was impeccable. The service was attentive, and the rooms was impeccably clean. Overall, a truly memorable dining experience. Highly recommended!

We booked for the standard room, room size was ok and it was looking quite clean as well but in the evening time, we saw many cockroaches running here and there. We had observed issues with locking door as well and it was very hard to open the door. Even we face issues with main switch board, suddenly switch used to get off. They need to fix it but not sure why they haven't done yet. There is no generator or electricity backup. In night electricity went off for around 4-5 hours and we were sweating a lot and couldn't sleep properly as well. I won't recommend anyone to visit over here for stay. There are no amenities and even complimentary service are not available over here. We expect to have atleast drinking water in room, but that was not available and we had to pay for water bottles. No toothbrush or Paste nothing. Food quality was ok, we had a breakfast meal and there was only 1 option of Pav Bhaji which was quite ok.

This hotel is located on malang road, pisavli village, near anmol garden, chinchpada gaon and one of the best options for celebrating your special occasions like birthday parties, engagement ceremony and even wedding receptions. The ambience is good and service is nice. The food both veg and non veg are really good in taste.

Overall Better place. I attended a wedding here. Rooms are Good but they lack few services. Dinner was good here but they lack in Services. I observed a lot of food wastage and many more Disappointing services. Wedding hall was The best what I found here, furnished with 5star AC with Good decoration. Overall facilities was okay when compared to Hotel.

I recently attended a banquet at Hotel kashish international and had a very enjoyable experience. The venue was nicely decorated and had a great ambiance. The staff were polite and attentive, and the food was tasty and well-presented. There was a good variety of options on the menu, though some dishes were a bit under-seasoned for my taste. The event was well-organized, but there were a few minor delays that could have been improved upon.

Rating first: Staff behaviour: 4/5 Check-in process: 3/5 Room size: 3/5 Room hygiene: 1/5 Linens hygiene: 3/5 Washroom hygiene: 1/5 Amenities: 1/5 At the check-in time the receptionist weren't able to fetch my current booking details, took almost 20-25 minutes finally to get the check-in done. After checkin, he handed me the key of room 307 which wad quite small as compared to the size mentioned on goibibo also that room's toilet flush wasn't working so i asked for another room, then a staff member helped to get the key of new room no. 308, this room's flush was working but there were, alot i mean alot of cockroaches in the bathroom in the main room in the closet, in the drawers, then i called the reception to complaint about it, he said a cleaning staff will come with cockroach spray which almost took 45 minutes of the time , he came and sprayed it in the bathroom. The amenities mentioned on the goibibo is just to lure the guests and there's nothing of it in the room! There telephone doesn't work! They say to call from our mobile phone for any issues. There was no electric kettle in room 308. The cleanliness was pathetic of my room, there were hairs, chocolate wrappers on the floor. Polythene bags in the closet. Cockroaches roaming around in the room drawer everywhere in the room as if they were the guest and not us! Bedsheets were stained with mud dust. Toilet cover was mud stained. Sink was leaking. In toiletries there were 2 sachet of head and shoulders shampoo (2Rs each) and one sachet of navratna oil, along with hotel made small soap. Their towel smelled clean but there was colour stains. Due to all these reasons i had to check out till the evening because it was one of the worst hotel rooms i have visited. Only thing i liked about the hotel was Staff behaviour! They were helpful. But almost every room had some other issues guaranteed. I felt like it wasn't the executive room seeing the cleanliness and hygiene of the room. They really need to work on pest control and furniture cleaning along with proper floor cleaning. So except staff behaviour everything else was just pathetic. Never trust on the amenities mentioned on the goibibo for this hotel. It was my first and last visit for this hotel!

Kashish International is a good hotel, they have a banquet hall for marriage or birthday parties which has a capacity of around 100 to 400 members. They have their own restaurant and the ambience is also good. This Hotel serves both veg and Non-veg food. Food quality is also good over here and prices were quite reasonable. We were a group of 12 members and bills was around 3700 only.

Clean and nice rooms . Quick food and room service. I would recommended to visit.
