Hotel Kashi Pride - Hotel in Varanasi - Varanasi, India

I have booked this hotel for 3 days..I had mixed experience during my stay.Rooms are neat and clean.There are couple of things which needs to improve. 1)We have taken Continental plan but no one informed us about the complimentary bfast and which ended up in paying more money outside. 2)Room which was allocated to us had issue with hot water and was not at all resolved. 3)We have ordered veg biriyani for dinner and what we received was after noon left food.. 4)There is no cleaning service available in the stay..

Everything single thing from Check-in to Check-out was smooth and delightful Room was clean and tidy. Service was top notch. Location for me was favourable but yes it is quite far away from Main Varanasi attractions. Well decorated..

Do not book this hotel in advance as they are impostor and won't entertain you and will say sorry we are already booked so what's the purpose of advance booking. I booked this hotel from agoda and at the day of arrival before check-in they call us in the morning while I was travelling along with my wife and one and half year old son, my wife got a call from the hotel as she had booked. They mentioned that they are fully booked as some group came and they had to provide them. So my question was to her why do you guys open your hotel for advanced booking. I had a conversation with them many times as we were travelling, so network was going on and off. We departed the train and came out of the station and stood at the entrance so Thai can talk to the hotel. Those hotel personnel switched off their phones. We called agoda and agoda was offering to provide another hotel with the same star. I received the response but they were taking time and I couldn't stand with my family. I booked another hotel at that moment and left station for hotel. That was really pathetic experience as we weee exhausted while waiting for their response. Very bad experience

The staff of Hotel Kashi Pride is very polite, efficient and ever smilng. They are eveready to help the customers. The food is very tasty. Keep up the good work. All the best. God Bless.

Taste was so good and please must try pizza I'm in love with that And I'm sure if uh r foodie too like me then you'll love this restaurant for sure also it's very hygienic Food is Lil expensive and less quantity but still taste was damn good I recommend you this restaurant if uh want to go somewhere for brunch and dinner with ur partner or with family

Tandoori roti price one roti is equal to 45 rupees . The onion was rotten and it smelled very bad Paneer lababdar was bad in taste the gravy food with food colour the paneer was rotten paneer taste sour Dishes where dirty one dish have some gravy stain my dish had a hair on it The glass was dirty drinking from it gives the taste of previous customer food It was the worst decision in my entire life I will not come again When I wanted to talk to the manager the staff refused to call him I will suggest you not to go in it Half of the review given by the staff itself You will find only some review helpful

I booked this hotel for 2 nights.I had wonderful experience here.I took breakfast,lunch and evening snacks(noodles) food was delicious.Service was also Upto mark.The receptionist is also helpful and well behaved.If you want to travel from this location you can easily get ericksaw and auto,Uber and Ola are also available for this location in Varanasi. highly recommended.
