Rooms are clean and have all basic amenities. Good place to stay in the heart of the city. Breakfast is arranged in the next door eatery which is very average and can be skipped.
This is about the best hotel in Mangalore in this area ( near Mangalore central Railway station ) and in this price range ( 2300- 2800). The rooms are spotlessly clean ( Kudos to housekeeping), the reception is professionally courteous and respectful and room service is prompt. Within a KM or two from the Railway station and main bus stand and with so many shops/ markets near the hotel the location is extremely convenient. I was amazed to learn that the hotel was opened 5 years earlier. It is so spotlessly clean that it seems it was opened only a few months back . It deserves 5 stars on all counts.
Good hotel with clean rooms. Bathrooms are very neat. Friendly staff. Provide very basic but good complimentary breakfast. Only thing the hotel lacks is that a good parking space, otherwise it's a good choice to reside in city near City Centre Mall.
We booked Deluxe AC room. It was clean and hygienic, maintained well. We had to return food ordered through room service since they sent substandard food although they charged exuberant price for that. Parking area was stinking and not well accessible.
Hotel is good , but behaviour of hotel manager is very bad, don't choose this hotel for stay due to behavoiur of hotel manager, manager dont know how to talk with guest. First time i had seen this type of disgusting manager in any hotel. Mr rahul venu is hotel manager worst person of this hotel.
I stayed at Karuna Residency during my trip to Mangalore. The hotel is located very close to the Mangalore Central railway station. The rooms are good and well maintained. The staff at the hotel are very courteous and responsive to needs and requests. Avoid the complimentary breakfast provided by the hotel. It is not all that great in terms of hygiene and taste. The hotel has WiFi, hot water and room service. The food served from The Curry Wok for room service is excellent and very good. Overall the place is an economical and good place to stay on a visit to Mangalore.

Nice property, recently refurnished. The property is nice, rooms are small but manageable. Clean place worth a stay. The front desk staff as well as house keeping, valet parking etc. are very warm and helpful. Located at city center, next to a huge shopping mall, ample eateries, they have two in house restaurants (one pure veg open till 6:30 pm and another one for casual dining). The restaurant staff is also very warm.
