Hotel karat 87 Karol Bagh - Hotel in New Delhi, Delhi - Central, India

The one star it's been given is quite generous. When we first arrived we were met with a rude front desk manager who even refused to tell us where to park our car. Then after we used a rattled elevator and checked in we noticed that the bedsheets were smelling and had holes in them, after asking for a replacement blanket the staff were rude and didn't provide one. The lights in the bathroom were not working however they were replaced by the staff after pointing it out. Then as we sat down for dinner, we were told there isn't a kitchen and food can be ordered externally, so we had to use zomato to get dinner. Then as it was time to sleep we were not provided blankets by the staff after multiple requests, luckily we has some blankets in our car which we then used to sleep. Overall it was a really bad experience

Dont book this hotel by offline or online at all. I booked through makemytrip, and later said by reception staff, you can stay only for 6 hour, although its clear mentioned on online booking site for 11 hour. They charge extra for everything, even they are not mentioned anywhere. Room are another example for dirtiness. Food are high chargeable and no taste at all. Finally we checked out hotel before timing and book another property. Highly not recommended this ridiculous hotel

Not recommended, the elevator is clanging, the stairs aren't better either, there's constant electrical problems in the rooms, the mattresses aren't in a good shape either, the door handles are broken and the staff isn't much useful either I'm surprised how this classifies as a 3 star hotel.

Very nice hotel with excellent location. Really enjoyed here with friends. Rooms are very good location near karolbagh metro station. Wi fi service all rooms. Hot water available any time in shower. Food quality also excellent. Come back again, highly recommended this any family and friends. Specially thanks to Mr. Dinesh singh and Mr. Ravi very well manner.

This a fraud hotel. First they provide a room which is non-hygienic. Then if u complaint. They will change to another good room. At the time of checkout they will ask extra 700 to 800 extra money per day and say it is a deluxe room. So u have to pay. Likethis they will cheat and empty your pocket. Don't prefer the rooms here.

Its a budget friendly hotel in central delhi. let me tell you its not a high end hotel but serves you almost all facilities. Its just 3.5km away from New delhi ailway station & just 6min away from Jhandewalan metro station. Happy staying.
