I got a room with dirty linen, pillows that were popping out of the cover and a window AC, which is loud. I wasn't informed of the details when I booked on MMT, so I don't think this was the fault of the hotel. The service staff is a delight however and the complimentary breakfast is quite tasty and the staff take care of every small request you have. So, yeah, it's a bit confusing if I'd like to visit again.
We booked two premium triple rooms. In images they were looking really premium so I booked them, but when we reached and saw the rooms. I was disappointed. They said they have two triple sharing rooms in separate floors and insisted us to take one triple room and one double sharing room instead. In Front of room dirty laundry bedsheets were piled up. In Agoda it was mentioned to pay at the property during checkin. But they insisted us to pay 50% in advance otherwise booking will be cancelled. Lunch was pathetic and breakfast was some what manageble.
A nice hotel to stay in Agra...clean and spacious rooms....room service excellent....tasty food....courteous staff....overall great experience....would definitely recommend...and to add...easy access into the city from Expressway....no traffic hustle bustle...
Overall good experience I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel karan vilas , and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality that instantly made me feel at home. The entire stay was filled with moments of delight, and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay. Easy to reach 2 km from TDI mall.
I stayed here recently. Overall experience is excellent. First have to take the name of staff who are very cordial, provide me a very warm and homely reception. Very efficient and fast service. The restaurant is very beautiful...night ambience is unforgettable . Quality of foods is good... very important point is that it's located in a very quiet and calm area not far away from Taj. I will definitely recommend it for an unforgettable experience.

The check in process was smooth, Rooms were good, proximity to Taj Mahal. Breakfast was good. We checked out around an hour late but no fuss was created by the hotel staff. Overall no nonsense stay. Enjoyed with my family fully. Price is reasonable.
Bad service. Poor condition of washrooms. Reception never picks up the phone.
