The location is very good but, the hotel doesn't has lift you need to use stairs to reach out your room. Moreover, the rooms condition is in worst condition they can't provide even extra mattresses. I would like to request all the tourists please do not hire the room in this type of cheap & lousy hotel. Spent your money somewhere else.
Worst experience ever. I along with my friends planned to visit Shimla. Unfortunately I got this hotel. The manager on the desk argued with us when we complained about the damaged locks of the rooms. I could open the room with my own key ( how bizzare). The manager was drunk and he was also threatening me. He started shouting at us after I raised this issue. The staff was also bad as they all were ready to engage for hand on hand fight. The condition of the rooms is worst. The food is even worst. Never try room service as their food is really really bad. Fortunately we didn't order anything, I just got the feedback from others. NEVER EVER GO THERE. THEY WILL FIGHT WITH YOU. EVEN HAND ON HAND FIGHT CAN HAPPEN. VERY DANGEROUS!!!!

THE WORST HOTEL IN INDIA. My wife and I are travelling around india, and unfortunately spent 1 night here. It is filthy dirty, the staff are rude and incompetent, we had drunken neighbours which kept us up all night, the WiFi didn't work, the electricity was off. I informed the manager about how bad our stay was. He didn't care one iota. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY AND FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY. It's not worth 100 inr.
What a terrible experience i had booking a room with them, the rooms were in worse condition, broken glasses of cabinets, dirty pillowcases, bed makes noises, The whole bathroom leakes, shower, taps, toilets was leaking all night. Don't ask me about the worse condition of the bath tub all black from inside. Needs a lot of fixing and changes. Had to stay there one night due to no rooms available nearby.
