spacious rooms with decent basic facilities. before 6.45 am or so ...you cant get coffee / tea.... buffet breakfast is very good and good spread too. warm front office team.
Service is not good it's took lot of time to take order and again it's took lot of time to bring the order. I visit this restaurant with my family and this guys bring order one by one so one person will eat and another person are wait for his order sorry to say but management is not doing their job well. I am very old customer of kapila restaurant, I am visiting in this hotel since 20 years. Very very very bad management I am disappointed with kapila Resturent management
I used the Banquet hall for a training session and must say the infrastructure is superb. Staff is extremely courteous and quick. Food was delicious.
