Decent and budget hotel near pune station. Ideal location located just 1km away. The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff is really helpful. I also a had a small ceremony in their conference hall for 75 people. Everything went smoothly. They need to work a little on their infrastructure. Rest everything is nice.

Trust me never book thus hotel!!! Mat hi jana bhai The most frustrating experience of my life!! I made a fully paid booking of 1536rs for a night. But when I reached the hotel the owner directly denied and said I cant give you room in this price because you booked online... I told him that I made a full payment already then he asked me to take refund from the booking agency! Then he talked to me in very disrespectful manner and said you just go from here I dont want to talk to you.... I talked to him very respectfully because he was an elderly person but in return he was literally battamiz insan.... He was also fighting with someone else just before us and he was very disrespectful to them too. The location is bad and the owner/manager is worst...

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL EVEN BY MISTAKE!! This is one of the worst hotel in India. I have travelled so many places but what happened today, was just so horrible and frustrating. When we reached the hotel, the manager directly refused to give us room. He said either you have to pay more money or just go from here. He talked in a very disrespectful manner. He said to my partner that I have the full authority to whom I will give room and to whom not. He said I don't like your face so I will not give you the room. Is this the way to speak to anyone? He has no etiquettes to talk to a women. And after that he said cancel the Oyo/Agoda booking and pay him extra then only he will give the room otherwise he has no rooms and in front of us only, they give rooms to other people.. Such a disrespectful person. Please don't go there otherwise you will get so upset. Such a fraud person.

Hotel is nice and clean. Staff is also helpful. Owner was very supportive and suggested nice restaurants and go to places. 1km away from pune railway station. Worth the price

Excellent hospitality, best staff. Delicious food and best facilities are provided by Kapil residency. I am highly impressed and they deserve 5 star rating.

One of the worst experience we ever had. They will always switch off the air conditioner inspite of paying for ac rooms and keep on giving unnecessary reasons. We had to call more than 20 times to switch on the ac.Very very worst hotel and waste of money.

The Hotel offered very bad services, there was no proper facilities provided despite taking AC rooms. The Rooms were nice but TV and AC wasn't working. Despite informing the staff about the same, they came after 2 hours and after checking the same, told that AC is having problems but didn't do anything to repair the same and had to use the Fan. Food was not available as the cook had left the job. I wasn't even allowed to bring outside food.
