The hotel was a wonderful experience for us. It was very close to the mall (just 15-20 minutes walking distance). The rooms were clean, the staff was also friendly and always smiling. At one point our car didn't start, and the entire staff helped us and the driver to get the car fixed. Would highly recommend it to others.
Stayed here for a night. My experience was good , maintained room with clean toilet. Opted for a room with valley view which was bit pricy in comparison with normal rooms. Parking is not available in front of the property its little ahead. Staff are good and supportive. Had ordered dinner to the room , food was tasty but felt the pricing is bit high.
I stayed with my family in the penthouse for 2 nights and our experience was really good. First and foremost the hygiene of the room is well taken care, thats very important for most of the travelers. Second, the food is really good full marks on that be it bfast or any meal...what's important is that it's tasty...thanks to Chef Mastram and Kamal. Thirdly the staff is well trained and humble and you don't need to repeat or call twice for any service. Lastly, the views from the penthouse is to die for..... Overall it's a 3 star property but one gets a 5 star service.
Hotel Kapil is located near the CGO Complex, Longwood, Shimla. Generally it takes you some time to reach to the Mall Road It is very near to the Mall Road of Shimla, but one has to take a walk to some meters to reach to the Mall road. The staff of the hotel is quite courteous and helpful. They suggest you and guide you for the local cuisines alongwith a superb hospitality
Great place to stay. The rooms are fairly clean and the staff is very nice. Our room had a nice view of the mountains. The motel food was good and they accommodated different diets. Only con is no heat at all in the rooms. Since we visited in a colder month it was chilly inside. Even a small heater would be a huge improvement.
Hotel Kapil was good but not as expected. Location was very poor. Food was not so good but still very expensive. Rooms was neat and clean. Service and staff's behaviour was nice and polite but one staff I.e. Mr. Sunil Kumar was very rude.
Awesome stay at the hotel with great hospitality and well worth the tariff paid for the rooms. Set of polite and professionally trained staff who were at their best to serve the guests. Location is near mall at a walking distance of 10 minutes. Cleanliness, Rooms and amenities were remarkably upto the mark. Only the food prices might be bit competitive as the rates at outside restaurants are cheaper however the quality of food and taste was one of the best.
