What a great hotel! Clean, friendly en near the biggest Rome station! had a brilliant stay. in a good location, served a great breakfast and the staff were extremely helpful..

I would suggest the students specifically that if you are going for any exam it is the best place at a reasonable price. Good staff service even for food you don't have to be dependent on hotels or restaurants, jzz ask the receptionist he will provide you the number of tiffin service provider in the area and accordingly you can order. Perfect location Gandhi nagar, near Zareeb Chowki. So recommending as the best student hotel in Kanpur. Further adding on that they also provide hostel and pg service.

Very good house in this rate everything is good ..I like this place very much ..... definitely I suggest everyone who want to stay in kanpur but one thing unmarried and unrelated couples strictly not allowed......they feeled very insulted here

Not much satisfied with my two-night stay here. -ves: staff not much supportive, less amenities, food/tea not available at preferred times, meal highly overpriced and a little quantity of food. Room was on 3rd floor, steps are steep (no lift). Wrongly placed windows, making the room less airy, no curtains on window glasses. No free aquaguard water. +ves: Big and clean bathroom. Good vegetarian food hotel with reasonable pricing available at a 350 mtr distance. Overall I didn't find it proper value for money but in case of emergency a short stay should be okay.

It is cheap and dirty hotel. Size of the room is very small. Television is there but set top box is not recharged. Food quality is ok. Tea/coffee was bad. No hot water for bath. Surrounding area of hotel is worst. This hotel can be the last option for singles (male). This hotel is not for family/couples Rats, mosquitoes and ants are also there to accompany you. Ventilation is worst. Stairs are too high. When motor is on you will get current in shower handle and in bathroom window. They are using their hotel as PG also. I have spend 6 days in this hotel and never gonna visit this place again. On video calling they showed us different room and provided different. Anyway the lady owner is hardworking. Two staff boys were very cooperative and one thin boy with beard was very arrogant. (that's why 2 star otherwise 0 for hotel.)

I booked here room by viewing good rating * but my experience was not good. 1. I reached here at 10pm and staff told me that dinner is not available & he can't arrange it, I have to go outside and arrange by own. 2. I was given a room and told not to use wardrobes( there was a sticker on it having written Do Not Open). 3. In the morning I had exam, and again they told that cook is not available and they can't provide tea and breakfast, so I had to go to exam centre just by eating biscuits. 4. I booked an Ac room and was given a very thin bedsheet (they don't even have blankets for ac rooms). 5. It's an old home which is converted into hotel. Distance from railway station is approx 20-25 min by cab. Room and bathroom were small but neat & clean. 6. There was no wifi facility.
