Hotel Kanha & Resort - Hotel in Timarpur, Bijnor - Bijnor, India

My name is Satendra Kaushik I am working in TATA MOTORS I am sharing my stay experience with The pathetic hotel of bijnor... never ever try this for any kind of stays and services. There is nothing...means nothing. I am sharing some photos and you can see how a resort looks... If resorts are look like this I will never ever try to stay...they don't have house phone/room phone, towels, dental kit, iron, good kitchen and it's delicious food. They used expired bread and oil mixed butter..and there is no dedicated person for their roles. There is no professionalism, no etiquette. The overall experience is pathetic and you guys are not even able to get 1 star.

Poorly managed property with damp walls and foul smell all around. Toilets were dirty. Ordered only tea from their kitchen and after having it we decided to better plan our breakfast outside. Property looks good from outside but very bad from inside. No water in taps when we took the rooms, then room service conveyed that they need to turn on motor as no-one takes room here. We got there bcoz our car got punctured near to this place around midnight and had to stay here for a night. For this experience we paid Rs2k per pathetic room. Because they do not give one room to 4 people. We asked take charge for additional people for one room . But no, they were also trying to take advantage of situation and told they can't allow 4 member in one room. Probably they are more into marriage functions or parties. But hospitality is not their cup of tea.

Large and spacious rooms, cottages available too. Decent lawn for large gathering. Parking available. Service is average. Restaurant opens late in the morning.

Rooms are decent. Food is good. The management did a lot of drama for delayed checkout even though the hotel was mostly empty and we reached late at night. Service needs to improve a lot. It is a priciest hotel in the area and the service leaves much room for improvement. Rooms were not cleaned before we went. They took their own sweet time to respond.

Poorly maintained restaurant. AC is non functional, tablels and floor are dirty. 2 stars for Staff as they are cooperative and nice to customers. Taste of food is ok and price are also on moderate side. They only need to do some renovation in their restaurant except that everything is fine.

I have recently visited Bijnor. Kanha resort is such place where you will not feel that you are in a small town. Vision for making fuch fun place is really commendable. But the ambiance of this place may make you feel bad. Ambiance is poor, facilities are not at par food is just ok but costly. Recommend for parties and marriage ceremony Not Recommend for own / family stay

Recently visited Bijnor and took a decision for dinner in Kanha & resort and we were around 12 people , ambience looks ok from front but service and food price was too high .. even we can't amazing 20RS cold brink price was 50RS . We haven't rating below 1 so that's why I am giving that otherwise it will be below 1 . Really poor !!
