We have organised a pre diwali party for around 40 people on 5th nov 2023. The food both veg /non veg was amazing. Every guest came and appreciated the service. Thanks to manager sebastian who took gr8 care of each and every guess on food and drinks. Thanku once again. Total value for money. I must say...thanku.

Pro's - The hotel is located in a convenient location. Close to the Metro and a number of shops and restaurants. The room is spacious. The staff were attentive. Cons - The hotel is in urgent need of maintenance. The rooms need to be painted, the walls were dirty. Water is leaking at multiple locations in the bathroom. The hot water never seemed to work. There was water leaking onto the corridor from one of the rooms and staff had to be alerted about it.
Very bad experience, rooms are unhygienic, we can see patches on every wall. Provided dirty bed sheets and around the washroom we can see stain/sludge. Worst experience.
Rooms are okayish. There is no heater in the room. After multiple times enquired in the reception, one guy came and tried to fix it but it's still the same. Compare to other hotels in the same locality, this one is better. If they could have clean the room well, fixed the heater and a little overall maintenance I could give more rating
