They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10 am. We got to hotel super early and I didn't wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there
Kanchan is our age old love. Since last 20 years we are visiting this restaurant for it's delicious food. Superb Sizzlers specially chicken stick sizzler, Chinese, Indian food. Staff is also excellent and same old team to greet you and make you feel at home. For best food must visit Kanchan near Gokuldas Hospital. Its in main area and near RNT Marg.

Had a really amazing and wonderful stay at this hotel. I was at stay for today and yesterday (26th and 27th March, 2022). Although I was mostly out due to my travel schedule, but whatever limited interaction I've had with them has been a supportive response from their end. . Food is really good. Staff support is also great. Their approach is very friendly. The room is clean, and if not then they will get it cleaned for you as soon as you inform. If rooms are available, then they will even change them if required. They will guide you for your trip plans, providing contacts of reasonable rate trips. . Thanks, hope to visit soon next time.

The hotel seems to only consider resident guests as worthy of courtesy. Half the time the waiters ignored us, the remaining half they were quite rude. The food was decent but not worth the money.
