In 2018 I stayed there for over a month since it was very close to Apollo hospital, the chef was very good, the reception staff very friendly, helpful to clients as sometimes he would offer free drop off nearby and the room cleaners were really nice the time I was staying there. An excellent location as I always enjoyed mother dairy food near the hotel.
Its ok kind of place for catching flights as business travellers.3 km from SVBP international airport.I didn't taste breakfast as my flight was early in morning hence I needed to leave hotel at 4:30 am. Room was clean,good but toilet need improvement.overall good experience. Staff need to be more courteous and professional in behavior.
The hotel is average. Building aesthetics is good, but the rooms are quite average. We had quite a time for getting hot water and the Wi-Fi used to get disconnected again and again, and the reception told that some connection issues are there. We ordered for two cups of tea and had to wait for an hour. Price was a whopping 82 Rs for the one hour wait. There is a restaurant below, and the service is talk slow Food was good. We were the only ones hanging out in the hotel. Food is expensive. Best part is that there is an amul outlet next to hotel, which is very good and reasonably priced. We should have gone there for food snacks and tea. We realised it quite late. Bottom line is that its an average paced hotel. Not quite impressive.
