On road location, rooms are small but quite , have lift ... But need cleanliness ... There was very bad smell from rooms bed and others

Could not find any plus point except the location. Receptionist was rude. we had to wait for 2hrs to check in as rooms were sold out according to her but saw few guests check in meantime. Ac did not work properly and on the last day of my 5 day stay it was switched off from outside. Restaurant charged mineral water bottle arbitrarily, 40,50,60 as per their wish. Though breakfast was complementary I had to call min thrice to deliver to my room that too with the additional charge of 20rs. Hotel tariff is high and their services are worst what a great combination.
Worst Hotel. They force you to pay cash at hotel and not through the site you have booked. They don't provide you proper GST receipt. The staff behavior is also very bad and rude.
They are least concerned for the customer.
If there would have been negative ratings, i would have chosen that.
Hotel preferred for solo travellers. Uncourteous behaviour by reception staff. Timing of breakfast is not as per Oyo. They follow there own timings. Un tidy toilets. Room space is compact but still manageable.
Worst will be an understatement.
Whole hotel staff is arrogant and ill mannered to the core. PTA nhi kaun is hotel Ko 3.9 ka rating diya tha... It doesn't even deserve a zero rating. My stay was worst than my any hotel experience.
Also they will insist you to pay by cash.. making weird excuse that their cash is stuck online . .
Book this hotel if you want to have near jail like experience and feel like a prisoner.
Complain them for anything and they will just straight forward deny, complain them unclean toilets, linen, T.V and A.C they will just not pay heed to it. Rather they accuse you that whatever room is alloted is clean and you are just over reacting. They are even not bothered about complimentary morning breakfast.
During my stay... I had to complain for every single issue through OYO assistant.. then only they get my issues resolved.
I had booked this hotel for 2 nights but checked out of it the next day itself. It seemed like I'm a prisoner.
Receptionist and staff are masters of straightforward lying.when asked by OYO assistant why they didn't change the dirty linen, they said, " they have changed it and I am lying". ( We were in conference call). When I intervened they apologized and then only changed it..
Also the A.C has to be switched on from reception but they had'nt switched it on even in 24 hrs. Again when I complained about it through OYO assistant they bacame rude and said that , "baat aage mat badhaiye nhi to a66a nhi Hoga. Aap log hotel mein aa Kar PTA nhi kya samjh lete ho. Hum log bhut purane hain is hotel business mein..blah blah "... I left this hotel that very moment.. they deserve to get abused.
A good and budget-friendly hotel.It has neat and clean rooms and also has it's own resturant which serves quite nice food.You can stay with family as well as couples are also welcomed.You get to the room service but on the payment of Rs. 20 which is a con of this place otherwise it's nice
