Budget Friendly but Rooms are not well maintained

The staff was polite and helpful. Hotel is at a very convenient location with lots of upscale restaurants around and imax just across the road. Baga and Calangute are close by. Amenities are above average, however the room interiors need upgradation. AC is very old and weak, water heater looks dangerous. However, a good place to stay if you are running on a tight budget.

We stayed on new year time, best place for bachelors and budget travellers. Hotel located in the main area opp to the Mall de goa. Panjim and baga is accessible in 15mins. Hotel staffs are very helpful. Totally worth for budget. If you are a bachelor budget traveller, and need room only for stay, and want to explore north goa. Just blindly book this hotel.

Pocket friendly and approachable place for group gathering. Mostly preferred for students and low budget travelers. Very friendly staffs and you can rent a ride with help of them in cheap rate. They also provide many travel services like airport drop, cruise travelling, site seeing, etc..

The stay in the hotel was not a pleasant one.. there were no hot water during our stay.. None was provided also even after requesting washroom was also very untidy No extra charging points were available except those of TV. No places to hang wet clothes to let them dry. Rooms were very congested only thing positive was it was in the proper market area with Mall de Goa (Goa's only Mall) is within walking distance & other shops were also available nearby So, the only plus point of the hotel is the location I personally booked the hotel after seeing it's rating, which seemed quite ok prima facie but our experience During the stay in the hotel was a different story all together.. I won't suggest anyone to book this hotel unless you don't have any other options.

Awful place with bad service. Don't fall for the relatively cheap price. No water in toilets. The owner has a sole motive to take your money, without providing good service. Room size is also small.

The hotel rooms are good but bathroom is not good. The receptionist is very helpful, he deserve five star

Staff was very good and helpfull and Mr.Kamat (Manager) is also very nice person. Loaction is also near to Panjim parking space is available. Multiple bed (hall) is available for Group picnic AC Non Ac rooms are in Budget.
