our stay at Hotel Kalyani Mysuru was amazing, nice location, good ambiance, neat, clean and well maintained. what impressed us the most was that the staff working there are very cooperative and cordial. It is worth mentioning here that Mr Shivkumar working at the front desk was very cooperative, ever smiling and proactive.
Average rooms, neat and clean. Quite expensive. Breakfast did not have much options, just OK. Caution: Both restaurant and hotel have same name. Review ratings doesnt reflect hotel status.
We were dining in the family room and there was a group of not so gentlemen having alcohol and talking loudly. It became so unbearable that one group left the space. We had no choice but to continue as we had started dining. The staff either didn't try or couldn't control this group which impacted the ambience negatively.
