Hotel Kalyan Palace - Hotel in Agra - Agra, India

Very worst service by kalyan palace. Suggesting everyone to do not book this palace for any party function. Otherwise you will be regret for booking this hotel as I am now. I had a function of an engagement in this hotel. The food was not tasty and limited food were provided. The behaviour of staff and hotel manager were not good. They took full payment before serving food so that they can provide you limited food and you can't do anything. Once they received the payment, they were ignoring everyone and didn't provide any service.

3rd class and very very very poor service by kalyan palace. Suggesting everyone to do not book this hotel for any party function. Otherwise you will be regret for booking this hotel as I am now. Hotel manager was fraud They took full payment before serving food and decorations so that they can provide you limited food and you can't do anything. Once they received the payment, then they were not handle any requirement any issue they were ignoring everyone and didn't provide any service.plz plz plz do not book this hotel ever..

Worst hotel I have ever seen. Dharamsala's are much better that it. I went in a marriage we have 10 room's in this hotel. There was not any facility of even water. Jugs which was present in the room was very dirty. No soap in the washroom untill we complained. there was TV but in some room's set-up box was not present and in some room's they was not working. Even they wasn't even listening to us. We had 2 functions there. In the first function dinner was tasteless. But in the second function it was ok and they have AC in the rooms but they didn't gave us remote control for that thanks to MI Phones which worked as a remote there.

Not much good... The separate hotel parking is not available.. So rushed and messy area... .. Food is also not much tasty.. But the space for the function is provided.. Is soo big... Staff was good.. Dealing with the customers and their behavior are also nice..

OK. Banquet staff preferred to sit in a corner, not interested in serving starters. Organiser have to shout at them repeadly. Rude, and inefficient. Food was below normal. Bad experience. No norms for corona followed.

The hotel is situated near panchkuiyan Crossing. Usually, marriage parties, ring ceremony, and other gatherings or functions. The rooms and bathrooms are clean.They also have elevator (lift) to go upstairs but when I went at the hotel the lift was not working I think they have lift only for show and it works never.

Worst place to stay as rooms were not clean and even more bad if you book for function they took full payment in advance and after that no service is provided. Food finished early and lift does not work. Staff looks as they are drunk always. Manager is rude if you book this you will ruin your reputation

The only reason I stayed here was because it was near my examination center. God help you if you there's something malfunctioning or you need some assistance. Immediately after I checked in to my room, I noticed that the television was not working. I called the front desk and they said they'll send someone over right away, 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours...nothing. During my 3 nights stay there, I must have requested them to do something about the TV for atleast 8-9 times and they'd always say they'd send a guy up right away. Maybe this guy was coming over from Mars or someplace because for the 4 days I was there, he never showed up. Same thing with the cooler in my room, broke down on the first day after running for 45 mins (and it's depressingly hot in Agra in the summer). They were going to send someone to fix it but....(I made another additional 5 calls for this and finally gave up). Then when I asked them for a menu or rate chart for their restaurant, they were very evasive - 'It's in the rooms sir (ofcourse they weren't)'. I ordered anyway figuring how costly could it be. At check out, for vegetarian lunch for 3 days, they drew up a bill for 1400 Rs!!!(just to clarify, I didn't order tons of paneer dishes, just plain rice, daal fry and papad). The staff there could not give a damn about the customers, they make up random prices for stuff and charge you unreasonable prices. in short.. AVOID THIS HOTEL LIKE THE PLAGUE
